Jinsoo - (Near Sebring, FL)

5 /5 JJ Sawyer: My wife and I went to Jinsoo for our anniversary dinner and WOW, we loved it! Easily the best sushi we’ve ever had in Sebring. Asian restaurants have tried to make it in Sebring before and haven’t lasted, but this place is different! We had the Gyoza (dumplings) and they were to die for, and the spicy edamame was spot on too. Crazy part is, they’re only in their soft launch right now, so if there are any little mistakes, give them grace, they’re just getting started. But honestly, we didn’t have a single issue. Everything was great and we felt right at home. Can’t wait to go back and see this place thrive. Sebring really needed a spot like this!

The service was excellent, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the variety of food was amazing - there’s something for everyone. Everything we tried was fresh and full of flavor. I also loved that they have boba tea, which was a huge bonus. The atmosphere has a great vibe, very welcoming and comfortable. I would 100% recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

We have dined at places all over Florida and this is easily one of the best places we have here not just in Sebring but in Central Florida! Between the atmosphere (the decorations are so beautiful and place is very clean), the friendly and professional staff, the extremely kind and welcoming owner and last but not least the delicious food- you have found your favorite dining spot in Sebring. There is nothing like it here and we have been in dire need of a good date night place. This is perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our experience. We had the hot pot stews both the regular and the spicy and the broth on both is divine. So flavorful and perfectly balanced with a generous portion. Be careful with the Fuji Apple sake as it is just as delicious it’s basically a grown up apple juice it goes down too easily. The fried cheesecake had us rolling ourselves out the door. We’re going to sleep amazing tonight. 100/10 thank you for having us, our service with Karen was excellent! If you are in Sebring and haven’t stopped by this place you are missing out.
