Joe Mamas Wood Fired Kitchen - (Near Port St Joe, FL)

Chris Parrino We had not dined at Toojays for several years since they closed during the COVID pandemic. We decided to return to this Toojays location for breakfast recently. We thoroughly enjoyed it so we decided to return for dinner. We were greeted at the door by the host and he was seating us at a half booth. We requested a full booth and he was happy to seat us in an adjoining room. We were soon approached by our server, Kathy P, who introduced herself and took our drink order. When she returned we ordered soup for my wife and an appetizer to be shared. We were not certain of our entree choices and she was very patient with us. My wife ordered the Salmon well done and lightly seasoned. When Kathy brought it it was prepared perfectly as ordered. I had the Brisket Dip which was excellent. During our meal Kathy kept our drinks filled and checked back on us often. The staff removed our plates promptly after we were finished. We finished up with a selection of rugalach and coffee, both of which were fresh and delicious. After we were presented the check, we decided to take a few more pieces of rugalach home with us and asked if we could get them at the front counter. Kathy very kindly offered to get them for us and bring them to the table. We were delighted with our meal and the wonderful service Kathy provided. We are looking forward to returning very soon.

Adam Bell First timers and the food was amazing, owners were engaging, very nice and very helpful. Can’t believe how good it was. We will definitely be returning for our authentic Puerto Rico food cravings. 100% delicious

Halie Pullen Adorable, quaint little restaurant in downtown Havana, with lots of options on the menu. We tried four different things, and all of it was delicious. My MIL said it was the best meatball sub shes ever had! I loved my chicken gyro, and my husband loves the Havana Bowl. My 7yo demolished her chicken club, with that giant bowl of Mac & cheese as her side. Definitely need to come back, so I can try that meatball sub for myself next time!

Jessica Wallace This was our first time visiting and we were really impressed. My steak quesadilla was absolutely delicious and the portions were generous. My husband loved his chunky beef enchiladas and pork tamale. The food came out hot, everything tasted fresh, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be back!

Amers Our first visit here was incredible. Although this restaurant is tucked away in the shopping plaza, it was truly a find! The food is incredibly fresh. I ordered the margarita quesadilla and it was probably the best quesadilla Ive ever had. Alfredo was oir server and he was fantastic. He answered all of questions and always kept our drinks full. We will definitley be returning soon!
