Edward Voluntad Maggie Maes is the quintessential Clearwater Beach breakfast spot, offering delicious food served with genuine warmth and an unbeatable waterfront view. It’s the kind of place that starts your day off perfectly. The location itself is stunning. Sitting out on the deck, looking out over the water (even at low tide, which highlights the beautiful ecosystem), you instantly feel relaxed. Its genuinely a million-dollar view that elevates the entire dining experience. The star of the show for our meal was definitely the Blueberry Pancakes. They were everything a perfect pancake should be—fluffy, light, and absolutely loaded with fresh, plump blueberries, finished with a delicate dusting of powdered sugar. (We also had an egg side, which was simple and perfectly cooked!) What made the experience truly exceptional was the service. Our server, Krystal, was incredibly attentive, sweet, and ensured we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. Great food is terrific, but service like Krystals is what makes you want to return again and again. If you’re looking for a delightful breakfast or brunch in Clearwater Beach with great food, friendly staff, and a gorgeous view, make sure Maggie Maes is on your list!

Diana Marie Luna Thai Spice is a charming, cozy spot with attentive and friendly staff who make you feel right at home. We started with the dumplings, which were filled with pork and shrimp. OMG—they were absolutely delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors. For the main dishes, we shared the Yellow Curry with beef and the Basil Fried Rice with chicken, both at a medium spice level. The Yellow Curry stole the show with its rich, balanced coconut flavor infused with just the right amount of heat. It was incredibly satisfying and flavorful. The Basil Fried Rice was also enjoyable, though it could have used a bit more seasoning for my taste as it was slightly bland compared to other versions I’ve tried. Still, it was tasty and well-prepared. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we would definitely come back to try more dishes. Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic Thai flavors!

Sara Donahue Stopped by Daytona today to go see the sunrise, of course didnt expect it to be so foggy and rainy, so we stopped in to this diner near one of the hotels. At first I was hesitant seeing the prices ranged from $12-20 per item for breakfast alone but Im like eeh the reviews make it seem worth the price. I do not regret coming in here. The French toast combo was delicious, I got it with sausage and sunny side up eggs (I love my eggs runny.) My spouse got the chicken and waffle and he loved it. The staff was very nice and very patient with having such a packed diner in a small area. I would love to stop by again and try their desserts and diner menu. Food: 5/5 Noise level: 3/5 Staff: 5/5

K Stroud We are early-to-rise travelers and were looking for a place that was open for breakfast. When the word “Diner” is in the title you should know what to expect. The crowded parking lot at 6:00 a.m. also confirmed our expectations: this was gonna be a great breakfast hangout. We were greeted right away by our waitress who promptly served us hot coffee. We both ordered the egg , meat, grits and toast option. It was served quickly and precisely like we asked: Eggs were perfectly over-medium; bacon and sausage delicious; and grits/hashbrowns done right. The Dixie Diner is not fancy but when you’re hungry and want a good, cooked-to-order breakfast at a reasonable price in a clean setting, this is the place to go. This little hidden gem is a place we will come back to on our frequent trips down Route 19. I look forward to experiencing lunch/dinner.

Vicki Zeman Stopped by this breakfast spot the other morning while passing through town. The place had a cozy, casual vibe and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The food came out pretty quickly, and the portions were decent for the price. I ordered eggs, bacon, and pancakes — everything was cooked well, though nothing particularly stood out as amazing. Coffee was hot and refilled a few times without asking, which was nice

Tyler Tanenbaum I ordered the Zocalo tacos El Pastor. Tacos were amazing and had a small amount of pineapples which added just a bit of sweetness to them. Food was great and service was even better. I ordered at lunch and food came out within 2 minutes. Outdoor seating was nice to be apart of small town Sanford vibes
