3 /5 Mandy Frazier: The woman who was obviously in charge did a fantastic job! I didnt catch her name but she said her day at work was just beginning at 7 pm on Saturday night. She gently coached her team and told them how to do tasks with firmness yet kindness. My family went inside to order takeout. The service was efficient and the food was exactly what I expected. I didnt check the order and unfortunately an order of chili cheese tater tots was forgotten. I was very surprised to see that the milkshakes were made with real ice cream! What a treat! The carpet in the lobby was so disgusting. When we walked in our shoes actually stuck! My husband joked that they must clean the floors by dumping Coke on them. Floors are visibly dirty and desperately need a professional deep clean. I understand that its difficult with the business open 24 hours but its necessary to figure that out. Payments accepted are cash or card. Tap to pay is only an option here if you know your full card number. All in all, an acceptable meal.

1 /5 Infinite Enigma: I placed an order at this location in Milton, FL on 8/23/2025 at 2:14 a.m online. Both their website and Google listed the location as open 24 hours. My order confirmation told me to pick up at 2:25 a.m., but when I arrived, the store was closed. Later, I received another email telling me my order would be ready at 3:25 a.m. I went back again, and they were still closed. At 7:20 a.m. when the store finally opened, I spoke with the manager on duty (Grace) and requested a refund. She told me she was unable to process one, and when I asked for the franchise owner’s number or upper management’s contact information, she said she didn’t have any number or names to give me. Her only solution was to remake the food, or else I would just lose my money. I also tried contacting Krystal’s through their website and called the number posted on the front door, but I received no help at all. As of now, I’m out $43 and some change with no resolution. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If a store isn’t actually open 24 hours, the hours should be updated online, and customers should have a clear way to get help when an order goes wrong. This is pretty sad. This is my hometown and this Krystal’s has always been a favorite. I have never had any issues with this place up until today. It’s THEFT as far as I’m concerned. And to tell me you can make my food 5 hours later instead of a refund…Yeah, I already ate somewhere else. Just give me back my $43.86 you’re holding hostage from me. 4 /5 Brian Chapman: Only two gentlemen working on a Saturday night. We ordered a sackfull if cheese, and it was prepared, quickly, efficiently, and with a very positive attitude. Shame on management for taking advantage of these two employees, but kudos for handling things professionally, quickly and with great attitudes. Will definitely return to patronize in the future j..

1 /5 Cleveland Brown: Placed my order at 3:51 it’s 4:12 and I had to go in and ask where my food was and come to find out my food had just been sitting there in a bag totally unacceptable I paid 16.00 and it was not fresh I’m from out of town here working and that was the closet thing to home that I liked I would love a refund. And to top it all off one of the employees peeped around the corner laughing as if it’s funny need a new staff manger was so nonchalant as if everthing was good.
