5 /5 Susyn Stecchi: Lollygaggers Floral City is a new location for a chain of Citrus County restaurant sports bars owned by Ms. Morgan. There is another Lollygaggers (the first) in Crystal River and The Loft. I have enjoyed dining at both of those restaurants, and looked forward to checking out this newest location that just opened July 20, 2021. They renovated an old restaurant location, added additional parking, and an outdoor dining area. Masks are not required and no staff or customers were wearing any during my visit. There were no safety screens, no disinfecting of table and counter tops, and no social distancing of customers. For those customers like myself who continue to remain cautious while the delta variant of covid is increasingly infecting Florida and Citrus County, you can choose to dine out on the patio or get your food to go. While I waited for my to go meal on a Saturday afternoon, the restaurant was very busy. The seats at the bar in both rooms were full as were most of the dining tables. Country music played while every wall was covered with large screen tvs tuned in to various sports channels. Children were here along with their families. Staff seemed pleasant. Lollygaggers accepts payment as cash or major credit card. I am adding pictures of the restaurant (inside and out), the two parking lots, the drink selection, and the entire menu. Prices are $$; its not a fast food restaurant or dive, but a very nice establishment with reasonable prices to match. Check it out, you wont be sorry.
