Jennifer Hemingway Have you ever walked into an Italian familys kitchen for dinner on a Sunday, early evening, in Jersey? I have, and it feels like this. Do you remember when the food critic, Ego, found his childhood in a bowl of ratatouille? I do, and it tasted like this. The atmosphere was idealistic, the ambience was like an Italian familys dining room, Castinas service was superior, and the food was better than Nonnas, sorry not sorry. To the incredibly hospitable service, to never feeling left abandoned or waiting for service, to the best complimentary bread and garlic oil dip, to the phenomenal meatball martini. Rocco is your favorite Italian Papa, who invited you over for dinner, enjoyed your visit and sent you to bed with a cannoli and a hug. I will never make an Italian dish in my home kitchen again, Ill go to Bella Vita and ask for Rocco. I wish I took more photos of the food. Bravo, Brava!

Domina I went on a Monday when they offer a special deal on the tasting menu — $50 per person instead of the usual $75. The food was good, with small sharing portions for two, and by dessert you feel full. Not stuffed, but enough, though it might not be sufficient for someone with a bigger appetite. The cocktails were disappointing — after trying three and none stood out, so the drink menu could use improvement.

Jenn Ramos Extremely amazing cozy place to enjoy authentic Puerto Rican food, coffee, delicious desserts and very wonderful service. The sancocho was super good, as well as the cappuccino, tres leches and quesito!!! Just like yummy home cooked meals! I def. have a new favorite PRican rest. in this side of town! ! Highly recommended!!! Buen Provecho!

Dean Hastings We recently ordered takeout from Michael Asian Cuisine (a small Vietnamese restaurant tucked away in a strip plaza), and it turned out to be one of the best dining surprises we’ve had in a long time. From the outside, you might not think twice about stopping in, but once you try the food, you’ll realize what a hidden gem this place truly is. I ordered the shrimp and chicken teriyaki, and it was absolutely fantastic. The shrimp were plump and perfectly cooked, while the chicken was tender and flavorful. The teriyaki glaze had the perfect balance of sweetness and savory depth, and everything tasted fresh rather than overly heavy or greasy like you sometimes get with takeout. It was so satisfying and really well prepared. My partner ordered the steak and meatball pho soup, and that dish was just as impressive. The broth was rich, aromatic, and clearly simmered with care—it had that deep, authentic flavor that only comes from time and tradition. The steak slices were tender, the meatballs hearty, and the noodles cooked to the perfect texture. Even as a takeout order, it arrived with all the traditional toppings and condiments, which made it feel like a full restaurant experience at home. Overall, this spot is a true hidden treasure. The authenticity and quality are on par with the best Vietnamese restaurants we’ve tried, and the fact that it’s tucked into an unassuming plaza makes it feel even more special. We’ll definitely be back again soon, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone craving genuine Vietnamese comfort food.

Dipesh Dhakal Great Mexican restaurant in the Newberry. Already a Mexican food lover then the food is great. If you want to try the Mexican food then you are in right spot. It is very spacious, clean and well maintained. Nevermind if you want to be on game day because there are plenty of big screens. Also good selection of drinks and food can make you perfect. The service is also great with courtesy and reasonable timing. Not too much wait time and cool ambiance makes it perfect for enjoying food. They also have carry out, so you can preorder and grab or order and take away! Most important they have free chips and salsa!!
