Sharpey31 We stopped into Brick House Tavern + Tap since it’s right next to our hotel, and it ended up being a great choice. Walked in and got perfect seats at the bar right away. The staff was immediately friendly — just genuinely good people who seemed happy to be there and took great care of us. The food was awesome. Everything came out hot, fast, and way better than typical bar food. You can tell they actually put some effort into it. They also have a really solid beer selection on tap, plenty of options, all served ice cold. It is definitely loud inside — lots of energy, TVs going, a busy bar crowd — but the atmosphere is fun and everyone around us seemed to be having a good time. It’s the kind of place where the noise doesn’t bother you because the vibe is just good. One thing that stood out was how clean the place was. Even being busy, the bar, tables, and overall space were really well-kept. Overall, Brick House Tavern + Tap was a great stop. Great staff, great food, great beers, and right by the hotel — can’t beat it. We’ll definitely be back.

Gary B OMG ! We literally just flew in to Ft. Lauderdale checked into Avid Hotel and heard the front desk lady mention Rendezvous and they had a shuttle that brings you there and back and a quick google search and we were calling! A quick ride over and we were there. Hostess was super nice and even checked the ladys bathroom for me so I could wash my hands! Its really nice outside so the outdoor seating was backed up a little and then we were seated right on the water. So close in fact I moved my phone to the inside of the table. Mrs got the coconut shrimp with mashed potatoes, vegetables ( broccoli and carrots) and garlic ciabatta bread. First of all the shrimp were huge, the mashed potatoes tasted like what mom made vegetables were cooked perfectly and the bread to die for since it was crunchy and soft with a not too overpowering garlic flavor. And she started off with a pina colada because you know why not cuz its Florida 75 out and sitting dockside! Not being as hungry as she was I ordered the 1/2 pound of peel n eat shrimp and it was the bomb and the cocktail sauce was hot and spicy just like i like it . Brian our server was very nice and funny and great to talk to about the area. Were flying back out tomorrow however when we get back here this place is first on the list!

Amy Gbur Love. That is all we tasted and experienced. Love. We have had BBQ from Nebraska, Texas, KC, St. Louis, Chi-town, Tennessee, North and South Carolina. And he is a grill master himself (Im biased) but we tasted the love in this familys cooking and hospitality. He ordered the special of all you could eat fish and I got the 2 meat plate. Large portions and not skimping on flavor. LADY Sugar Shack delivers the whole package. If you havent tried it, we highly recommend if you love Soul and Southern BBQ. It was our first visit and it wont be our last. (Still cant believe I ate the whole darn thing!!). Thank you for the love ❤️❤️

Buck Matt I wish I had it fresh. I ordered uber delivery, I live down in Flagler towards Ormond. So it took a bit to get to me. It was cold but still tasted delicious. I bet it would’ve melted in our mouths if it was hot and fresh. The nuts and bolts was fabulous. Still one of the best tasting pies I’ve ever had. High quality ingredients.

Heather Beaird Stopped in to have lunch under the Tiki yesterday. The mountain of onion rings was our starter. A fish basket, shrimp basket, shrimp tacos and the salad with fried chicken. The food was delicious. Everything was friend to perfection and we have no complaints. Our waitress was very friendly and kept our drinks full. We love dining there when we can. It has a friendly vibe and they don’t rush you. Take your time and enjoy the atmosphere and have a good time.
