Tracy Rodriguez I went with family for magical dining which is a must. The menu has great options and the food was flavorful. Our experience was made even better as we had Clifton as our waiter and he went above and beyond by give the children in our group information about the sharks and fish. He truly cared and was very patient with us. Great experience and great service.

Stephen Thompson We were in town and grabbed lunch before shopping at International Plaza. We had previously dined at the OP in Chicago. The Tampa location was very well ran and our server went far out of her way to give us an agenda of things to check out in Tampa. Excellent hospitality. The cocktail and mocktail programs are awesome. The chop salad was phenomenal. Whatever that dressing is, is great. Dynamite roll was delicious and the stone crab was a fun special. Would 100% recommend OP in Tampa.

Maria Antonieta Ascanio Everything was absolutely delicious. We came for Smash Burger Night and were greeted by Steven, who took great care of us from the start. The managers stopped by our table to check in, and Freddy, Ricky, and Luis were also incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the night. My favorite dishes were the egg dip and the Facundo cocktail with the passion-fruit mousse on top — truly amazing. And the desserts were on another level. Loved the whole experience. I’d definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Cassidy Thompson Collage Restaurant delivered one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had — truly a top 10 meal for us. From the moment we sat down, our server Stephen was outstanding. He was warm, friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were spot on and made the entire experience feel relaxed and special. We started with the seasonal special of grilled tenderloin on toast points, which was absolutely delicious and set the tone for the rest of the meal. We also had both the special sausage soup and the corn chowder — and they were kind enough to split them into two cups for us, which we really appreciated. Both soups were rich, comforting, and full of flavor. The Caesar salad with house made dressing was also incredible. For entrées, I had the tenderloin filet with mashed potatoes, Bordelaise sauce, and seasonal broccolini — perfectly cooked, beautifully balanced, and unforgettable. Kevin ordered the lobster ravioli, which was equally incredible and decadent without being overwhelming. Dessert somehow managed to be just as amazing. We shared the donuts and the espresso chocolate cake, both of which were phenomenal. To top it all off, it was my birthday, and they surprised me with a special little rum butter birthday cake. I felt genuinely celebrated and so well taken care of — such a thoughtful and memorable touch. Every single dish was exceptional, the service was flawless, and the atmosphere was intimate and welcoming. We will absolutely be back and will enthusiastically recommend Collage to anyone visiting or living in St. Augustine. An unforgettable experience from start to finish.

A.L. Harris Cool vibes right in downtown St Pete. Outdoor seating and an outdoor bar. Inside is quite cozy serving up great drinks with an eclectic menu. Service was excellent as was the food. Big selection of draft on tap and they even have Tito’s on tap.
