3 /5 Emily Church: •Update: We come here all of the time and have always received great service, but last night, 11/6, we did not. We walked in at 9:50 PM. Keep in mind, they do not close until 11:00 PM. There were workers standing up by the counter and no one greeted us or anything. It was like they were bothered that we were there. This one girl eventually said, “Pick up or dining in?” And we said, “Dining in” and she just looked really mad, so I followed up with saying, “If that’s okay?” and she said, “We don’t close till 11.” Right, exactly, so like....what’s the attitude for? We just kept our order real simple and could not wait to get out of there! She ended up trying to be nice at the end, but she had already killed our vibe from the get go. I was already having a bad night too and just wanted some comfort food, and she seriously made it no better. I was once a server. You don’t make people feel that way. The way you speak, the faces you make, and the body language is everything.
•I have not been to a Pizza Hut in years! I have been missing out! Our past two experiences (both from this week) have been amazing! Not only are the employees nice and attentive, but the pizza is off the chain! And we can talk about those mozzarella sticks?! The cheese pulls are so satisfying (the last picture shows one, but it does not do it justice lol)! :)
