Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - (Near Starke, FL)

1 /5 Courtney Webster: I have been coming to this popeyes for awhile and I can honestly say the service has gone way down, this is by far the worse popeyes! On my most recent visit I had an online order an when I went inside no spoke but the three ladies behind the counter all looked me in my face. I usually would leave but I had already ordered online. The lady bagging my food didnt have what I ordered so she started making substitutions to my order. When she finally turned around an acknowledged me maybe 5mins. I said I didnt want the substation. I was then advised it would be 20mins for my order at thus point its already been 10-15 mins if they had dropped more chicken when they realized they didnt have enough for orders I wouldve only had a 5min wait. The manager was counting money on the front counter an by the way she was struggling to count its clear the staff have no leadership. When asked to just cancel my order I was told they couldnt and to go back online. The staff clearly needs to be trained on customer service

2 /5 Rick Rhodes: I feel like the quality of food at all Popeyes as gone down hill. It used to be one of my favorite fast food stops for a quick bite. In the last year or so the chicken sandwich has gotten smaller and the chicken in the sandwich not as tender and juicy. Probably wont be going to Popeyes again for a while. The staff at this one were very friendly. The dining area had stuff all over the front table and looked messy.

1 /5 Andrew Hughes: Im not even wanting to leave them one star but its the only way I can leave a review after waiting to order with only one car in line in front of me and they pulled from the speaker when I did but I get it one at a time its not fast food so I get it but after I was asked to pull up and wait for my food the girl at the drive-thru window came out asked me what I was waiting on went back in 2 minutes later the manager comes out asked me what Im waiting on come back goes back in I go in at the 17 minute Mark after ordering and not getting my food and theyre like oh what are you here for Im like the food I ordered 17 minutes ago did I still havent gotten Im wondering where my food is at your drive-thru girl has come to see why you yourself have come to see it its now almost 20 minutes and was told to ask where the tenders were at theyre like right here and Im like as in you just breaded them and are dropping them now into the grease yes thats unacceptable the manager looked me said it only takes 3 minutes sir I know but its Ive been here for 20 minutes now thats unacceptable considering the cars behind me got their orders to people that came in got their orders I mean at what point does a place that only Cooks chicken screw up so bad that they can do seven other orders but cant do mine that is unacceptable and yall are really lucky Im one of those people who didnt whip out my phone and crash out and just show how bad they were running this business and you guys need to just go ahead and give me my money back she did the kid apologized Im like man you got nothing to be sorry about you didnt take my order the girl at the window she did her job it just turns out that the manager is not good at her job of making sure people have food cooked that theyre selling and when they take somebodys $20 bill that they worked hard for they should get their food and a reasonable amount of time

1 /5 Shailee Curbow: Pam has the worst customer service. She can’t handle more than two people in the lobby line. I had a mobile order and waited 5 minutes in the drive thru, went inside, waited damn near 15 minutes just to get to the counter and she gives me the mobile order on the shelf that had no ticket with my name on it. She said she did not want to give me new tenders because it is made when it is ordered (I didn’t want my whole meal new just the 3 tenders). I would have grabbed the bag 15 minutes prior if there was a ticket with my name on it. Instead she kept trying to defend her point that I should have got the bag when it was finished yet I could not know that was my bag & she took 15 minutes to get through 4 customers orders. Someone put this lady in the prep area and away from customers because she clearly does not communicate properly.
