Revelry - (Near Pompano Beach, FL)

Jrock A stupendous brunch waits just at the end of Palafox. While not advertised well there is an early morning happy hour from 7a-10a, Sunday to Thursday, I think. While the cocktails are not elite they are half price during happy hour. The decor is an eclectic hodgepodge of random semi-Cajun rigmarole scattered about the wall. The service is provided by lost souls dead in the eye but friendly and courteous enough to be sufficient. Just kidding, the vibrancy of the staff radiates through the establishment. The cocktails are a touch slow coming from the bar, but not overly so. The food comes out piping hot and fast on the other hand. This place is about the food! The first good tater tots I’ve had in about four years. Super crispy perfectly salty and just a delightful crunch. The Tasso cream sauce was divine, if it wasn’t Cajun it would be called a gravy. There was a special of pork belly on grits with fried onions which was definitely drool worthy. The grits before cutting the egg were a touch texturally off, but the perfectly cooked egg let the velvety yolk perfectly complement the meal. It’s not fine dining but it is well above greasy spoon. The food was moorish and crave able.

denise forbes This is an amazing place to dine. My husband and I were in the area and stopped in about 3:30, they didn’t open until 4pm but we were told there would be a line soon. OMG they were telling the truth, by 4 o’clock there was at least 12 of us lined up for the Wednesday Special - “60 cent oysters”, YES I SAID THAT RIGHT!!! We ate from the HH Menu so we tried some of almost everything; Oysters, Fish Bites, Shrimp, Oyster Deviled Eggs, and a Spicy Tuna Roll. Everything is Fresh and Flavorful!!! The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, we met so many new people. Our service was outstanding, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Stacy Williams The location was so close to our airBnB beach location. The owner of the airBnB made a great recommendation. Unfortunately, we arrived as a storm was passing through this weekend. No beach fishing for me. The shrimp and clams were steaming hot. We arrived at a great time. Not crowded and it was a Sunday. Service was fast

Daisy Rivera Tried Pa’lla Voy for the first time and everything was so good! The coffee and the Tripleta sandwich was super tasty. The place is really clean and the staff was nice and chill. I’ll definitely be coming back!

LEZLIE-ANN Sherwood We had a great dining experience at Fords Garage as visitors from overseas. The front of house greeters were pleasant and efficient. Our server Tianna was attentive and knowledgeable. She provided great insight and recommendations when we had further queries while placing our order and also quickly assisted with any additional needs during our meal. Kudos must also be given to Stephen (manager) who was kind and accommodating following technical difficulties. The meal was tasty and our beer flight as well!

Alexandra Meyerson Checked out this BBQ food truck the other day and wow—we’re still talking about it. We both got the pulled pork sandwiches with mac and cheese and fries (yes, we went full carb mode—don’t judge us, lol). The pulled pork was super flavorful, and the portions were no joke. Everything tasted homemade, fresh, and just comforting. You know that kind of food that makes you quiet while you eat? Yeah, it was like that. We also had their pineapple lemonade, and it was so refreshing—perfect balance of sweet and tangy. Totally hit the spot with the meal. The owners were so friendly too—one of them joked, “This food’s so good it’ll put you to sleep,” and honestly… they weren’t wrong. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. If youre into good BBQ and good vibes, you need to check them out.
