Howard-Lenoir Katrice N (Tricey) We were first timers dinning in at the Chow Time Grill & Buffet located in Panama City. As we walked in I noticed the buffet was not like the ordinary buffet. Even though It was a crowd, there was a nice ambiance to this buffet. We were surprised at the huge selection of food options. They served a variety of foods hot and fresh. I loved the fried Catfish and fried Shrimp. The food was a 10 out 10. I had Apple Pie for dessert and boy oh boy, It was so delicious. I didn’t catch our Waitress name but she was totally awesome. She worked the entire station. We never had to stop her and ask for anything. She was so attentive. While this guy and another female stood in our section foundling each other. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional they were. Standing up in the middle of our section rubbing and grabbing each other as if they were guest. After about an hour inside we were stuffed. We really enjoyed our time here. The place was always clean and they kept bringing out more hot food. Customer service was top notch and the price was just right. We will return here.

EL_CABE I ordered my food to go since I was in a bit of a rush, but even just eating it in the car, I could tell how good it was. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and full of flavor... really impressive quality. The place itself looked super clean and had a nice, modern vibe. Even though I didn’t dine in, it gave a great first impression. Overall, a great experience. Delicious food and a place I’d definitely go back to when I have more time to sit and enjoy it properly. 5 stars!!!

T.K. Hutchinson-Putman This is my second visit to Haystax. My first visit my breakfast and service was good. An acquaintance had an egg salad sandwich which was only to be described as a Cadillac of egg salad sandwiches! She stated it was really good. My second visit was not as good. My orders consisted of a bacon mushroom Swiss burger, a farmers omlette and a patty melt to go. I do realize that thus place is ridiculously busy. The need for more staff is an understatement. So, the service was really bad, but great when we could flag them down. Both burgers were extremely bland, but... the burger texture and burger/bun amount per ratio was perfect! The locals were very friendly and visit often as regulars. Id really hate to leave them a bad review just due to a couple experiences. I will return to try more items on their menu which has a little bit for everyone!

Kristine Ritchie I ordered the general tao chicken with the fried rice and eggroll. It was ready in 10 minutes. The pick up through their back door drive-up was very convenient. The staff was very nice. The food is very good. I will definitely order here again.

Jerome Solove Unexpected and amazing. I am there now, and once again I’ve been served another perfectly cooked omelette and hashbrowns. Very reasonable pricing. This is my seventh time here in two months. Staff, like my server today, Kara, are so very friendly, efficient, and happy to be helpful. I will keep coming back!
