Ruby Tuesday - (Near Pace, FL)

3 /5 Sarah Strange: We live in Pensacola but travel to this Ruby Tuesday because we tend to get better service in Pace. I get just the salad bar and its delicious but I feel it is overpriced. I barely can handle 2 plates, so I feel paying over $12 is too much. My husbands steak was pretty good, he got the NY strip. Kids are free on Friday which was a plus. The negatives... Server was triple sat by the hostess so it took her about 20 minutes to check back after the food was delivered. I overheard the very chatty hostesses complaining about more customers coming in the door. I dont know if they realize customers at the salad bar Can hear them! I had a filthy knife with food dried on the blade. Disgusting that the server who rolled that thought that was ok to give a guest. We will be back but management might want to let hostesses know to put a leash on their mouth and not complain about customers that are the reason that they have a job. And do random quality clean checks on the silverware.

5 /5 Kristen McGreger: Havent been back to this location in awhile. However, wanted give the burger special a shot. We were greeted immediately and asked to sit in the lounge area. The bartender, I believe Terry, took great care of us. It was refreshing to see who I assume was a manager table touching for a change and a genuine care for service. I think he said his namecwax Richard but not 100%. Tbe garfen bar was well stocked and loomed fresh. I will definitely come back for this deal if this is an example of service now.

1 /5 Scott Norris: When you sit in booth, you will hit a shade. You have to ask for silverware and refills. They try to send guys when that happens to make you speak less! The salad is brown and I will never, ever, ever go back. The manager has given up. And the picture is of catfish and shrimp. The smallest catfish I have ever seen!!!! Please respond better than hanging up on me. How they have good reviews is questionable to me!!
