Sakura Buffet - (Near Lake City, FL)

5 /5 Brandon Robinson: I eat here fairly regularly. The food is always good. Todays visit was different, though. Whoever was doing the cooking was just plain showing off. The spinach casserole, which I always enjoy, had cream cheese added to it, which totally changed the flavor profile for the better. The stir fried mushrooms just blew my mind. Pretty amazing for something so simple. The general tsos chicken had a variety of chopped and small vegetables added to the sauce that, again, changed the profile without changing the core of the dish. Totally impressed. Dont miss this place!

1 /5 Tina Hathcock: All the food on the buffet bar was not hot and adequately heated. For $50.00 for two people the food should be hot!!! There was no steam coming from the steam tables. The bathrooms both men and women were disgusting and smelled. I think the State of Florida needs to inspect them before someone gets sick. We will not eat there again!

4 /5 Lisa b: Food was good for buffet on xmas, one price all day $18.99, reasonable for holiday plus All you can eat! The sushi had many variety and sashimi, wakami salad, crab salad and octopus salads. Soups were also very tasty, I love to mix the flavors of wonton and egg drop and add 1 wonton with the chives and crunchy wonton noodles. This soup station did not dissapoint! I Would have loved to see crab legs but didnt realize A sign by the door that this is an add option of 2 lbs for 18.99. My sons favorite was black pepper chicken said he was so full, but he wanted more of that chicken! We asked how much to take some chicken home. You can buy by the pound!

5 /5 Jennifer Selph: We were passing through Lake City and were craving sushi so we decided to check out Sakura Buffet. So glad we did. All the food was fresh. The green beans were some of the best Ive ever had, cooked to perfection and the flavor was spot on! Staff was super friendly. My only criticism would be too many of the kinds of sushi had cream cheese. I love tuna sushi but wont eat it with cream cheese. The sushi without cream cheese that I had was great though and their seaweed salad was fantastic!! If we are ever in Lake City again, we will definitely be stopping by!
