The calamari was also a standout, with a flavorful dipping sauce and batter. We also had the crab cakes and they are a must try as well. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making our date night truly memorable. The warm ambiance and beautiful rustic decor made the entire dining experience feel special. Highly recommended! Definitely will dine there again.

For breakfast they offer a buffet with an omelette station. The food offerings are good but could be a bit more varied. Our server was excellent, friendly and attentive.

As a Pensacola local, we have many fantastic dining options, but Salt truly blew me away. The crab claws were, without question, the best I’ve ever had, perfectly seasoned and infused with unforgettable flavor. We started with a luscious charcuterie board, featuring a thoughtfully curated selection of upscale cheeses, meats, and crackers. It was the perfect size to share, and I was impressed by the gluten-free options available for my husband. Every dish at our table was presented beautifully, elevating the entire experience. The cocktails were delicious. Amanda, our server, was exceptional. From start to finish, the service and food were top-tier. Salt is far from your typical “hotel restaurant.” It’s a true culinary destination on Pensacola Beach. We felt pampered and delighted, and we’ll absolutely be back for another unforgettable evening.

We grabbed seats at the bar, where the bartender was absolutely fantastic—attentive, skilled, and welcoming. They crafted the perfect dirty martini, balanced just right with a smooth, briny kick. For food, I started with the crab cake, and it did not disappoint. It was packed with generous chunks of fresh crab, beautifully seasoned, and cooked to perfection—absolutely delicious. We then decided to split the hamburger, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The portion was more than enough for two, and every bite was juicy, flavorful, and well-executed. From the top-notch cocktails to the high-quality food, everything about our visit was excellent. Salt delivers a refined yet relaxed dining experience, and we’ll definitely be back!
