Sandbar - Opal Sands Resort - (Near Clearwater Beach, FL)

Anastasia Guimaraes I am not sure why this place does not show up as a restaurant or a breakfast place. It is absolutely AMAZING! We stayed at Marriott around the corner and I was looking for a place to have quality food for breakfast in a nice atmosphere. We ended up walking from the hotel to see what shops and cafes they had and stumbled upon Narbona. Lucky us! The place is beautiful and welcoming. It originated in Uruguay in 1909 and has several restaurants around the world. Boca Raton is one of them. They were not busy when we visited and just opened when we arrived. The service was top notch. The food was delicious and very “clean” (wholesome ingredients, high quality and no artificial stuff). They accommodated my GF preference with a gf toast. The coffee was excellent - rich and smooth. It was as if we were transported to South America! They have three breakfast items on BOGO special each day. We ordered one of them (2 eggs your way, two slices of thick cut bacon, roasted fingerling potatoes, roasted tomato, and a toast). In addition, we each had a coffee. Our total bill was $30!!! Besides having breakfast, we bought some freshly baked bread and a bag of merengue cookies to take home. They have an amazing choice of delicious pastries, an ice cream section, cheeses, wines, meats, pastas (boxed and fresh) and condiments for purchase. I cannot recommend Narbona enough. Next time we are in Boca this is where we will be eating again! GIVE THEM A TRY

W Finkbeiner Yes.. the pizza once again. Its the neverending perfection of "pie." Batting 1000 on the pizza. But this time a new addition to the menu; The Turin Trio Sundae. Like Jodie Foster in the 1997 movie Contact; "No Words." Folks my wife and I brought pistachio spread from Turin Italy last year. Yes, its that good. The Carmel ice cream tastes like a butterscotch and the vanilla is a creamed vanilla bean. Truly wonderful food with great ambience. If you havent pointed your car toward this place by the time you have finished reading this, seek professional help!

Bob Staples We stopped in for lunch and had read about the great food, service, atmosphere, and views. All of those met our expectations and more. My wife had the Mahi-Mahi BLT and I had the Mahi basket. We also ordered the Onion Ring appetizer. All of the food was amazing and we were surprised at the size of the piece of grilled Mahi-Mahi on the BLT. It was huge! Our server, Jordan, was sweet and very attentive. She also was able to provide us with some things to do while in the area. Overall a great experience.

Rob Bard Tried the Owl Cafe for dinner and was not disappointed. The tables with white tablecloths always makes a statement to me. I ordered the fish and chips. 4 nice size pieces of fish with a breading that was just perfect, slightly crispy and not very thick. The fries were hot and crispy on the outside and soft inside. Some of the best fish and chips I have had. My wife had the chicken salad and she said it was very good and very fresh. The bread was good and I over heard people at the next table talking about the bread. For dessert I got the pecan pie tart which was delicious. Over all a fabulous dinner and highly recommended.

K. Sing I’ve always seen great reviews on Facebook and social media for this place, and decided to order via door dash today to try them out. I didn’t want to order a lot just in case it wasn’t good (just being honest lol)…so I got my nephew a kid’s spaghetti and the garlic knots for me to try. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed! The garlic knots were really good and I ended up trying some of my nephew’s spaghetti because he said it was SO good! I tried it and fell in love. This was hands down THE best spaghetti I’ve ever had from any restaurant anywhere (tried different spots in NY, PA, CA, FL, the North End in Boston, etc;). Can’t wait to try more dishes and dine in (then I can rate atmosphere)!
