5 /5 James Carlson: Long wait, not a whole lot of smiles from the staff, but MAN its WORTH the MONEY. Im glad I dont live closer, Id need a second job. The pulled pork sammich was awesome. I was worried when I saw a tray of shelf bbq sauce on the table (KC Masterpiece, etc.), but then I saw their own bottles. When the food came, it was ON POINT. Great portions, the greens were fantastic. Id asked for slaw on the sammich, and got mac and cheese (which was also awesome, not just a cheese glob like some places). I will be saving up my appetite and coming up this road instead of I-75 just to stop by this place again! And that aint just some wood in the smoker to draw in customers. Theyre WORKIN that THANG!

5 /5 Lisa Holland: Just a hop away from Wauchula. Chose this bbq place based on other reviews and they were spot on. This place was excellent. The staff is helpful, kind, and courteous. The food was fantastic and the portions were giant…enough for two or leftovers for later. Definitely some of the best bbq I’ve ever had. Try mixing the spicy and sweet sauces for a different flavor profile. Hands down the best fried okra ever! Definitely worth your time. Don’t forget to leave room for ice cream afterwards. There’s outdoor seating.

4 /5 Rachael S: Good food. Good service. Inside decor could use some updating, but all in all we had a good lunch. Great pricing and a huge amount of food! We got the beef sandwich plate and pork sandwich plate.

5 /5 Toni Cardamone: Stopped in for dinner with friends. 2 of us ordered the pulled pork dinner, 1 Smoked chicken and one Rib dinner, along with fried okra. The pulled pork was perfectly smoked with no fat, enough to feed 2 people. The chicken and ribs both fell off the bone. The portions were large! We took home enough to have dinner again. You cant go wrong with the baked beans, potato salad, collard greens or boiled cabbage. Highly recommended! Go early if you want brisket! They ran out on the day we went.
