SOS Cafe - (Near Live Oak, FL)

1 /5 NZolnoor: Food is so bad. We ordered jalapeño cheese curds and got served regular ones. When we mentioned they were the wrong ones and we would eat them because we didn’t want to wait, we just wanted a slightly reduced price on them, the owner said if we sent them back she’d take them off but not otherwise. I can’t imagine the arrogance to rather throw out and waste food than own up to your own mistakes at your garbage cafe. Cant make this stuff up

1 /5 P Green: I would like to give zero stars but I can’t. We waited for 12 minutes to dine and still no one came over to greet us. At 5 minutes, the waitress saw us, looked surprised that she had missed our entrance then turned around and continued her conversation. That is when the family that came in behind us left. The bartender saw us and and turned around to walk the other way. Terrible customer service.

1 /5 Justin Graham: Not sure about these other reviews that state “staff is awesome”, and I can’t comment on the food because we never got it. We never even got served. We came in with a group and took up two tables. The other table got served and we did not. After 30 minutes we addressed this with staff and was told that it was one server, where we told the server she said she wasn’t our server. We then told another server and the bartender (the only way we even got drinks is we went up and got them ourselves. Instead of fixing the problem, the staff just seemed to discuss who was supposed to actually serve us, and I assume the answer they came up with was “ignore them until they leave”, while taking a hundred orders in front of ours, meaning our entire group would be finished eating before we even got our food. This was a waste of an hour of my life and forced us to go in to town and keep our kids out until 10, despite being paying guests staying at the park, and having a 6 pm reservation…don’t even consider going there even if you are staying at the park.

1 /5 James Arkinson: I really like this place for the live bands but the service takes forever because they are under staffed and the food is very sub par and not restaurant quality. At one point this place was very good but in the last 10 years has went to crap. Really wish they would bring in true restaurant management and some good cooks and bring this place back to being a destination spot.

5 /5 ginny Jacobs: The food is delicious, and for the price, we can take the whole gang for a treat while camping. Big selection and friendly service.
