1 /5 Michelle Miller: We have been a loyal customer for this restaurant. We have spent over $1,600 mainly on their delicious eggrolls, wonton soup and chicken fried rice.. We do that because we order every week. Today we went to place an order and they did not want to take it without a credit card. When my husband went to pick up his order like he has for years, They only then made the order. They criticized him for not ordering using the online app. They said they make a lot of food for people and get ripped off. He kindly asked, what about the people who have been with you all along? They responded, They don’t have time to track that.
What a great opportunity for us to learn how to make Thai food at home. We will never return to this restaurant and I will not be surprised when they go out of business. Horrible service and business model for long time customers. The food has always been good. I will not slant them there. But because of this incident, we will never call them again. I kid you not, my husband offered to speak to the manager and give him our home address and information so that he never had to worry. They had no interest.
And when I say that we spent 1600 in the last 12 months, we have been going to them for years. And typically we order sushi, which is a lot more than wonton soup and eggrolls. I wish them luck with their new clientele because it will not be us.
Lucky for us, we do cook well. More fortunate is that there is a Thai restaurant on every corner of this beautiful city.
