5 /5 OP Esparza: Bay House never disappoints. The atmosphere, food, and amazing service is beyond 5-stars. Eylem was our server and she went over and beyond for our perfect date night. The octopus is my favorite dish on the menu and I would say its one of the best octopus dishes in town. Thank you again Eylem for the most incredible dining experience.

We came to celebrate our adult son’s birthday with a late Sunday evening reservation, and it could not have been more perfect. Our server, Daniella, was an absolute angel—warm, attentive, and wonderfully accommodating. She curated our evening in such a thoughtful way that we left feeling like lifelong fans of The Bay House. On her recommendations, our son (a true seafood lover) ordered plate after plate in succession, creating a custom “sharing menu” for the table. Each dish was more delicious than the last. We feasted on: Fresh raw oysters Pimento cheese dip with rice crackers Bay House ceviche Hamachi crudo Char-grilled octopus with grains Seared shrimp with polenta St. Augustine stew It was a memorable seafood journey from start to finish. The men enjoyed cold beers, while the ladies shared a beautiful Sauvignon Blanc from France. We also caught the last set of live music, which added the perfect touch of atmosphere. Next time, we’ll plan an earlier seating to enjoy more of the music and perhaps a table with a water view. The evening ended with a thoughtful surprise: a hand-painted gold seashell as well as a slice of confetti cake to take home, since we had a birthday cake waiting at our lodging. Such a sweet, personal touch. For the quality of the food, the service, and the overall experience, the price was very reasonable. The Bay House exceeded every expectation, and it’s now at the top of our list whenever we visit Naples. Highly recommended for anyone looking to pair fresh seafood with exceptional hospitality in a beautiful setting.

5 /5 Betsy Grindol: The server was amazing, he noticed we were all catching up, some of us hadnt seen the others in 16 years. He took our orders and was just so attentive. He even took pictures of the group. Its on the pricey side,but the drink I had: Life is like an old fashioned was sooo good, I had! And the birthday girl (90 yrs old) got a lovely hand-painted shell from the restaurant, as a gift. It was the perfect place to go.
