Mermazing Nutrition Herbalife We celebrated a birthday at Flames last night and had such a wonderful experience! Our large table started with delicious hummus, and I enjoyed a perfectly cooked filet skewer while everyone else loved their meals too. The atmosphere was fabulous—the room was beautifully decorated with stunning paintings, and the vibe was warm and inviting. The belly dancer was absolutely adorable and added such a fun, lively touch to the evening. Overall, Flames was fantastic—great food, beautiful ambiance, and a memorable night. We’ll definitely be back!

Carrie Kirkland Martini Mondays is where it’s at! I love the early bird and drink specials. My favorite bartender (Rose) always makes top notch drinks and gives attentive service which one would expect out of their Enployee of the month! Managers Brea, Erin and Miles always check in to make sure everything is amazing. Food is made to order and delicious. I highly recommend the fried cauliflower and $5 Expresso Martinis!! Yummmmm. All the way around!!

Vanessa The candied bacon old fashioned’s are the bomb! Highly recommend trying one if you are a bourbon fan. We went during the week so it was easy to get a bar seat. The weekend can be a challenge at night. The bar tender was very attentive and the food was great.

Javier Alvarez Gonzalez Found this place by pure chance looking for something quick but decent and feel I found gold while digging for copper. The place has a huge amount of options for every persons taste. It’s not just the egg rolls, but the fries, the smoothies, the desserts, everything was on point. I ordered the chicken Parmesan egg roll, lemon pepper vinegar fries, some honey garlic wings, their signature smoothie, and a cookie butter cheesecake. First of all, maybe I’m not the biggest eater in the world but I couldn’t even eat it all, despite how much I wanted to, so this is easily something that can be shared between two. The eggroll was magnificent like no other I’ve ever tried, the fries go so perfect with it, the wings on point and tender, the smoothie super fresh and sweet, and the cheesecake is just unfair how good it is. I’ll be coming back, despite I live far from here, like very very far, that’s how worthy it is.

Lauren Miller-Mazzant We LOVE this place! Anytime we visit Amelia Island we come here at least twice during our trip. Bao buns are non-negotiable; you have to try them! The food has so much flavour, amazing texture, and each ingredient compliments the next. The owner is wonderful to interact with during the visit. Staff are quick, kind, and the food comes out fast. There is indoor seating as well as outdoor. This place is a VIBE!
