J.W. Werner In town overnight, my buddy and I decided to try out Gator’s Dockside. All together we ordered the Spinach-Artichoke Dip, the Fried Mushrooms, the Garlic Butter Smash Burger and the Fish & Chips. Our server was friendly but absent for most of our meal. We had to flag down another server for refills and lemon. The Spinach-Artichoke Dip, which wasn’t on the menu, was VERY good. It was flavorful and creamy and the chips were warm, crisp and fresh. The Fried Mushrooms were my favorite!!! One word of warning, give them a minute or two when they get to the table, they must have just popped out of the fryer because they were HOT, temperature wise, not spicy. I had the Fish and Chips with slaw. Everything was done to perfection and tasted Fantastic!!! The Fish was hot, crispy, flaky and moist on the inside. The slaw was cold, not room temperature, creamy, finely diced and a hint of sweetness. Fries are usually to me an end of the meal filler but i finished off the Fries before my Fish which never happens. Crispy, salty, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I was given a quarter of the Garlic Butter Smash Burger. OH MY GOSH! That will be a sure bet for me next time through Lake City!

Kat. C I recently visited Baresco Restaurant for a solo date night, and it was such a great experience. I sat on their well-lit outdoor patio (they also have cozy indoor seating), and the atmosphere was incredibly pleasant. I ordered tacos along with a margarita, and both were delicious. The customer service was on point, the food and drinks were great, and the overall service was excellent. I truly enjoyed my evening there. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Baresco to anyone looking for a great spot to dine and unwind.

Gregory Durant Anthony was an amazing server, he steered me towards one of the best beers I have ever had (one of their seasonal wheat beers). He was incredibly nice and treated me, my wife and our pup hazel so well. The dog menu was a great touch. The tacos and wings were amazing as well.

Kara M Carne Asada fries were so good! We ordered a shrimp taco, birria taco, and carne asada taco and a side of rice. The shrimp tacos were overall the best. I didn’t really like the side of rice, but I threw it in with my carne asada fries and it tasted good! Overall not bad for a boardwalk experience! Not terrible pricing either!

Josie H Dont you just love the smell of fresh brewed coffee in the morning? Im not a frequent coffee drinker, but when I do get the taste for a hot cup of Joe, Im very picky on where I get it from. Located in the Pompano Citi Centre, Foxtail Coffee offers various brewed coffee or tea made hot or cold. Theres also bakery items, cold beverages, quick bite sandwiches, and ice cream. Prices are reasonable. Theres adequate seating indoors to chill in its serene ambiance. The female employee behind the counter was pleasant...it being my first time in this establishment, I took my time to look at the menu and make my decision. I havent had cafe con leche in a long time so I decided to get that. Next I ordered a egg, ham, and cheese croissant and a slice of banana bread as well. Having some time to kill, I took a seat at an available table while my order was being prepared. Here are my thoughts: * The cafe con leche was delicious. Not too strong and lightly sweet. Regular size is just the right amount as I do not drink a lot of coffee. * The egg, ham, and cheese croissant was yummy. The croissant was lightly toasted enough to melt the Gouda cheese a bit for a ooey gooey taste. * I declined the option to have the banana bread slice heated...in my opinion, it was good as is. A nice moist thick slice topped with walnut pieces. This was definitely a nice and fulfilling way to start a beautiful morning.

Weni Wang This is the smallest Pura Vida in Miami/Coconut Grove. But they still have the same high quality food dan similar decor. Its a very popular place at the center of Brickell (701 Brickell Ave), so it can be crowded, long line and no table available during peak hours of lunch and dinner. Just be prepared to wait! Its a good choice if youre looking for simple, healthy and delicious food.
