1 /5 George Lockett: Thanks for ruining my families, Christmas Eve!! We made a reservation for 7 at 7, we did arrive earlier by 30 minutes and understood full that you were very busy and could not seat us early. That was not a problem. We waited and watch as you sat a few large parties. Then it would have been our turn, You had a party of 10 and my party of 7. The party of 10 should up after 7pm their reservation time. But 2 Advent ambulance (no emergency), you treated them like royalty, The party of 10 knew them and said they could join their party, so your less than train front counter staff, skipped my party that was there before our reservation time and sat the party of 12 now. When I asked the front counter staff, that told me it would be an additional 20-30 minutes. Then they also replied that they really had no idea what they were doing and nobody else did in the restaurant. Total worthless staff, the restaurant was dirty unorganized and a nightmare. Thanks again for the wonderful evening. By the way, the buffet across the street may have been, buffet food, but at least the staff knew what they were supposed to do and courteous. I miss the old owner, because you guys suck.
