Tropical Palm Restaurant - (Near Crestview, FL)

Allison Garfield Stopped here on a road trip, food was classic and everything freshly made. The wait to get the food was very short and our server checked on us multiple times. Much better than a chain restaurant, our family enjoyed our meal.

Sarah PB This is the second time we’ve had breakfast/ brunch at Robins. The food is consistently amazing, and the staff is SO friendly. It’s like going to eat at a friend’s place. It’s a clean, bright, happy place, and we’ll definitely be back. Don’t miss the biscuits and gravy with eggs and hash browns. It’s incredible! Thanks for another great meal!

Kelley Nguyen “A hidden gem!! The “quirky” Dam Pub has a fantastic, cozy atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive without ever being overbearing — you can tell they truly take pride in what they do. I ordered the Big Dam Burger with fries, and it was absolutely the best! And as always, their signature Bloody Marys are FABULOUS. Exciting news: on October 5th, the Dam Pub is bringing back live bands from 1–5 pm. Whether you’re stopping in for a quiet pint after work or looking for a lively evening with friends, this place is perfect. Highly recommend! Stay tuned for more great events.”

michelle lieggi This place was fantastic!! Right next to our hotel! My companion had a cheeseburger, which came with a choice of tater tots, French fries, or onion rings. She chose tater tots, they were crispy, hot and fresh! I chose the Ruben sandwich, it was served on rye, with the dressing on the side.. It was delicious! Had the same choices for a side, I chose onion rings, they came with a side of ranch for dipping! She had a soda and I had the sweet tea, which was great!! The atmosphere is great for those that are into cars and/or racing! The waitress was very pleasant and efficient!! Highly recommend stopping here!!

Jennifer Hurst My review: Food was amazing, this is true authentic soul food. Nothing was too salty, everything had seasoning and an amazing taste. We had meatloaf, ribs, fried chicken, collard greens, Mac and cheese, beans, fried okra, broccoli casserole, mashed potatoes and gravy, roll and cornbread, peanut butter pie and coconut cream pie. Nothing and I mean nothing was bad, everything was amazing! The customer service, the staff was so sweet and asked us if we’ve ever been, we hadn’t so they showed us how to order properly. You don’t touch anything but grab the tray, they get the plates and serve you. The server was very attentive as well, she was even helping people with their trays to the table. Now I’d like to address other people’s reviews. I’ve seen people talk about the older gentleman that’s “rude” and “yells”. This man is an older African American man, he isn’t rude nor yelling, he’s speaking a bit louder for you to understand him through the glass and he’s trying to be quick so everyone can get through the line. Also anyone saying the food doesn’t taste good, I swear is lying! I have no ties to this restaurant not even this city, came in for a race and this food was absolutely amazing. I can tell by the reviewers that left awful reviews were a certain palm color and it’s apparent they’ve never been around a black family or they wouldn’t speak on the man’s voice being “loud and rude” OR the food being “nasty” if you’ve never had melt in your mouth meats and SEASONED sides, just say that. Every time I pass through Dade City my family and I will be back! Also to add the price for all my food listed was $63.00 without tips, absolutely amazing price for great service and portions.

Tracy Crouch First time visitors! Our family dined in and had the salad bar/pizza buffet. Everything was delicious! The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Everyone was kind and seemed to work great as a team behind the counter. We are new to the area and like trying new places, but this is now our go-to pizza stop! Sorry, no pictures this time. Oh, and you cant beat the prices!
