5 /5 R R: What a sweet little bar. Situated near the waterfront of Palatka’s business district (made up of restored 1885 architecture) this bar brings back vibes of a classic time. Where the beer selection is great and the live music hits the spot. Perfect for a relaxing after dinner drink. I recommend this stop for anyone passing through and wanted to experience real Florida.

5 /5 Sher McCormick: This place is a gem to Palatka, FL! Definitely recommend checking it out. They have a variety on tap, bottles, and cans. They have live music time to time and tonight the live music was the best. The musician played a variety and was awesome. The owner was our bar teacher I mean tender lol he was so informative of what he has. He let us have samples and got us hooked on Blake’s Ciders. Come check this place out if you don’t you’re missing out!

5 /5 Chuck Johnson: Sometimes, making a wrong turn takes you in the right direction. Thats how I found this jewel in the rough in Palatka, Florida. Having been an all grain brewer for years, Im always looking for craft beers and cool vibes to enjoy that moment. I found that in a part of Palatka, Florida that is going through a revitalization of an old brick and mortar district by the St. Johns River. The owner bartender, David, is very knowledgeable about his craft beers, and keeps an ample supply on Tap and in Bottles. Im not looking for fancy, just good conversation and music that I can enjoy while still carrying on a conversation. Oh, and David will happily explain every beer and its brewery for you if youre so inclined. I was. If youre of a curious nature, theres serious history in the bar itself and how Old Florida blends with Now; just ask David how the bar itself was made. Its a little gem of Florida History that seems lost, but found. When my travels bring me back to Palatka, Ill certainly stop in again, and again.

5 /5 Jason Seitz: We visited Uncork & Unwind on the afternoon of Saturday, 26 Apr 2025, and had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. The owner was bar tending that afternoon and we had delightful conversations about craft beer, bourbon, occupation, and a number of other topics as we drank delicious stouts and triples. The music selection was perfect for a beer and wine lounge. The atmosphere and ambiance made for a very enjoyable time. The beer selection was exceptional and the owner was very knowledgeable about all the beers he had on tap and in bottles. They even had the most recent 120 Minute IPA by Dogfish Head, which I couldnt find elsewhere. Great place and we strongly recommend it!
