5 /5 Jessica Nehrboss: This Wendys did the best job ever with my carnivore request of 4 patties, cheese and bacon! I have never had such a great experience getting what I need from a fast food place! McDonalds has absolutely never gotten my request. I think Wendys hires much more qualified employees. Good job Wendys!

1 /5 MJ Perry: Twice now! On two separate occasions we have gone inside to order. Upon walking up to the counter.. we were completely ignored. Waited with no acknowledgement whatsoever. The first time we walked out was at night. Today tho, topped the cake. The manager was right at the counter. She wasnt busy. The cook was just standing there. Yet they never took our order. We will never be back.

2 /5 Leila Zahira: I’m not sure if it was a manager or what but she had a different colored shirt than the rest of the workers and was INCREDIBLY disrespectful. It’s incomprehensible to me to feel confident being so rude and disrespectful especially at the age she appeared to be. Another young man seemed to try to amend her rudeness and I feel so very apologetic for him to have to clean up the messes left behind by this woman through her terrible customer service. If that was indeed a manager, she should be ashamed and I feel terrible for the team underneath her instruction. Too many restaurants in this area to accept this behavior, just go somewhere else.

5 /5 M John (The Closer): During my recent EV charging station review road trip, I made a quick stop at this Wendy’s just after using the nearby Electrify America station. Primarily, I intended to use the restroom but decided to buy a soda to avoid being that person who uses facilities without making a purchase. As I was waiting for my drink, I noticed they had a new purple mixed berry Frosty. Intrigued, I asked about it, and to my surprise, the clerk behind the counter, noticing it was my first time, offered me a small sample for free. This act of kindness was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The Frosty was absolutely delicious! It was a delightful treat that made my stop much more enjoyable. The clerk’s friendly and generous attitude really stood out and left a positive impression on me. Additionally, the store was incredibly clean and well-appointed, which added to the pleasant experience. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a welcoming environment. This Wendy’s is a cute little stop with excellent customer service and unexpected hospitality. I highly recommend visiting this location, not just for the convenience but for the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I left feeling refreshed and delighted with my visit. Five stars all the way!

1 /5 Sheyenne Hollar: This wendy’s used to be the best place to eat, but lately it has gone down hill and quickly. Every time i’ve gone the staff are rude and always mess up our order. Tonight we ordered over $40 worth of food and a quarter of the food was missing and the ranch tasted sour. The staff was upset that I asked for my second sprite that i paid for.
