1 /5 roy p: 11/9 6:15PM Letter to management: My door dash client ordered one JAX meal @ 545. Arrived by 6:05 to pick up. Her order sat at the order window for an additional 20 minutes. During this time, 3 families entered, waited to have their order taken. All 3 families walked out after being ignored at the counter. One woman had to yell at a worker to get their attention and asked “Is the counter open tonight for orders?”. I asked about my delivery and was told “we need to make cookies” yet the worker didn’t bother to either make the cookies or ask for someone to help. I ended up calling my patron to convince her to let me bring her order without the single cookie. By that time it was 6:45. An hour after the order was placed. Whoever was the manager 11/9/25 at 6PM, they could use additional leadership training or a PIP. The amount of workers just ignoring customers, not actively working towards orders, or generally contributing nothing was surprising. It affected my ability to make money or serve my delivery patrons. Please do something about this.
