4 /5 Jennifer Head: My steak was great! Best one Ive had out to eat in a long time! Everything was good. Only dock was the salad toppings were sparse and the fried pickles needed to be drained before putting in the basket. The bottom layer was drenched in oil. Other than that, great waitress, fresh food, with good seasoning. Very happy!

5 /5 Chris Homer: In town and decided I wanted a steak and beer. This was a great choice. I ordered sauteed cabbage and garlic mashed potatoes. I sat at the bar and had a Basement IPA by Scofflaw Brewing Company. Pretty decent beer. The bartender was great and attentive. Ill be back if Im ever back in town.

5 /5 J Harper: Nice local place. Good menu, had a few differentthings. I tried the Reuben w/sweet potato fries - did not disappoint. The corn beef was shaved and grilled first - delicious. (Thanks to Peytons suggestion, Ill try the chicken salad next time) Hubby had a great, big cheeseburger w/sweet potato fries too, they were crispy, had a hint of brown sugar, good. They fried green tomatoes were pretty darn good, crunchy yet the tomato wasnt too soft. Half and half tea was spot on. Great server Peyton! Sure hope I remembered your name correctly

4 /5 Gina P: We thoroughly enjoyed both the atmosphere and the food during our visit. Our waitress provided excellent service. We ordered the chicken tenders, shrimp, and wings baskets, all of which were delicious.

2 /5 Julie Lewis: Beautiful building beautiful entrance way.... Upon entering there is a host desk you might as well say with a couple of signs taped to the front of it.... We stood 10 to 15 minutes approximately without actually keeping time... No hostess no server nobody... Until somebody came in to collect a to go order... ( Which also by this time we were debating whether we was actually still going to stay or not ) We was seated and was told that our server be right with us.. a minute or two passed before our server came to get our drink order ( which is not unusual ) we gave our drink order and I asked to talk to a manager... When manager comes to table arms crossed and just looking like somebody just pissed in her corn flakes and asked can I help you ..... With it being our first time here I simply asked is there a certain time that theres a hostess up front.... I was giving the answer shes in the bathrooms cleaning them as shes getting ready to go home and there is a sign up front that states to sit yourself ( as I remember back to the signs that was taped to the front of the host desk I do not recall such sign ) I said Oh I didnt see the sign and was just wondering with it being our first time here ... Anything else she asked I said not at the moment thank you.... Instead of ordering what we were going to ... we opted for the cheapest things on the menu which was soup... Mama got the loaded baked potato soup and I got the French onion soup.. we are not accustomed to go into such places... But there again this is our first time there.. the French onion soup was more of Grease and cheese in my opinion... And mommas loaded potato soup had more cheese than anything... Manager came back by the table ask how everything was and I asked if she could remove my soup and she asked what was the reason I simply said its too greasy and has too much cheese in it... There again the manager seemed to have had an attitude... In the end that our first will be our last time... I have worked restaurant jobs and I do my best to consider the conditions and situation before making any decisions like that.. I do my best to be respectful of management and workers since I have been in those positions before not management at restaurant level but with as slow as it was when we got there and with it being right after lunch I do understand that they were probably catching their breath after a hectic lunch but at any rate the manager could have been more polite and her body language could have been a lot different
