kyra re I’ve been here before and never had an experience like this. The food was terrible. I specifically asked for fresh plantains, and I was still given old ones. When I mentioned it, nothing was corrected.
To make things worse, the owner became visibly upset over a simple drink swap. My friend ordered a Sprite, and I asked to exchange it for coconut water, which is the same price. I even offered to pay the difference just to avoid conflict, even though the prices were identical.
The attitude and lack of customer service were extremely disappointing—especially coming from the owner. I won’t be returning.
