5 /5 angel johnson: I must say my food was pretty delicious today. I got the steak, mashed potatoes, & broccoli. It was cooked perfectly. The environment was clean & friendly. It was lunchtime & hardly anyone was in there. I went a few months ago, and it was delicious then, too. You can get the steak 2 for $28. They also have chicken tenders, riblets, & shrimp & fries for $15.99 (all you can eat).

1 /5 Jessica Murray: Good Evening, I’m currently at Applebees Rome Ga right now trying to enjoy Burger Monday and ordered 2 impossible burgers. And after the same thing happening we checked the food before eating this time due to paper being left on the patty. Our waitress hadn’t even left the table yet and we immediately showed her. Also it’s a very unprofessional environment tonight with staff arguing back and forth on who will be our waitress. They ran out of food. Then we saw the sign for free queso dip if they don’t offer new cocktail she got upset and said she would get in trouble. The last 3 experiences have been horrible. I’m sending over a picture of the paper and my waitress said yes that’s a lot of paper because they don’t sale them alot. Like what kind of excuse is that? I feel like my complaint really wasn’t taken seriously at all. Due to this being the 3rd time over 2 months. The entire situation is a bad look. They also left the burger with paper in the table. While my husband ate his fries. Nobody offered to make him another burger. Chelsea was the manager on duty and she didn’t come to the table walked right pass us as if she didn’t see us. Left it up to the waitres to deal with. I’ve made several complaints to Area Director Jeff Tanner and not even a gift card offered. This is unacceptable.

1 /5 Christina Dennis: Four of us go in to eat. We get seated. 20 minutes later no one comes over to get our order. There was a few workers standing and talking. Id understand if they where short handed or busy but some one could have said something to us or tell us to go. We got up and left and the lady that set us tells us to have a good day. I Hop was great that night.

3 /5 Shannon Lambert: Waited over an hour for food because of being understaffed in kitchen. Hardly anyone else in restaurant though. Appetizers: one came out cold and greasy one came out great. Returned cold one replaced by great hot one. Meals finally came out and, after we finally got everything needed and asked for, we ate and left. It will be a while before we drive all the way to Rome to eat at Applebees again.

1 /5 Samantha Stonchus: Tell someone to turn the lights on. The outside was absolutely dark couldnt tell if the restaurant was open or closed. The sign and street lights were off.
