1 /5 Yolanda Bennett: Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at this Arby’s location due to a very rude employee at the drive-thru. While placing my order, she repeatedly cut me off by saying “we busy,” and rushed me away from the window even as I was trying to ask a question about my order. I’ve never encountered this kind of treatment at any other Arby’s, regardless of how busy they were.
This was my first time visiting this location, as I’m not from the area. Thankfully, the person preparing the food got my order right, because the drive-thru attendant made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant. I’m not sure if she was a manager, but she had long, multicolored braids and very long fingernails. Her attitude left a lot to be desired.
The food itself was good, but customer service is just as important—and this visit missed the mark.
