5 /5 BigPerk54: The food presentation was excellent, as usual. This local steakhouse is a favorite of mine that I have frequented for quite some time. The staff was attentive and very pleasant. I highly recommend trying the 24oz T-Bone steak for those with a hearty appetite. I will certainly return. Keep up the great tasting food and customer service! A++

5 /5 T L: Austin’s Cattle Company in Valdosta provided an excellent dining experience. The prime rib was cooked to perfection, tender and full of flavor. The coconut shrimp was well prepared, and the French onion soup was exceptional, rich and satisfying. The service was attentive and professional, which added to the overall experience. A strong choice for a high-quality steakhouse meal and one I would confidently recommend.

1 /5 Nini Harris: I’ve been to Austin’s plenty times and the food and service was always A1 BUT since they’ve remodeled the restaurant, the food is NASTY! My server Kate was awesome! Shout out to Kate but the cook couldn’t get my steak right. I asked for well done TWICE and it came back rare BOTH times. The manager was a sweetheart and she did give me a meal free and said her apologies. However, the meal that was given was still nasty but at least management did their job. Austins please retrain the cook!!

2 /5 Anthony z: Overall decent place to go grab some food, are order specifically was not made correct. Appetizer was good ordered the Gator tail and the sauce was awesome jalapeno pepper honey! Now when it came to our main course everything fell short. My wife ordered the 7 oz filet medium and it came very well done and dry. I ordered the prime ribe medium rare and came out like they didnt even cook it Ive had medium rare a ton of times with prime rib but never had to deal with this level of raw the server was nice asked if we wanted a refund but I said its fine I just dont think we will come back again.
