Barbecue Pit - (Near Moultrie, GA)

M M First let me state that I cannot say enough good things about our 1st experience at Senior Mezcal. The spicy margarita I had was delightful and perfect. We requested a spicier version of their salsa for our chips and were brought a homemade recipe that was excellent - albeit spicy- as requested! I asked about a modification to a menu item. It wasn’t something they recommended, but a change I needed and the manager came out to quantify a few things to accommodate my request. The result was phenomenal!! Our waitress was Tania. I hate to be “that” customer, but I had questions in order to make a selection and she was so gracious and patient. I couldn’t be more grateful. We were visiting based on visiting an area campground, so we can’t be regulars. But we WILL be back when we return! I highly recommend this place and I hope your experience is as good as ours was!

Sarah Dionicio Sam was such a great waiter! He was funny and personable and answered any questions we had since it was our first time dining there! The buttermilk chicken plate was great! The greens and Mac and cheese were delicious! Def recommend this place! Also the drinks were strong but also sweet!

Tania Davis I havent been down to Rome, Ga and ate here in years but I had told my his, who isnt from here, about how good it always was and that I used to eat here often. We just had the most perfect experience and absolutely delicious meal from a Mexican restaurant in a long time! We were seated straightway and Eduardo took the BEST care of us! He was friendly and helpful with suggestions and I got the Sierra Chicken upon his suggestion (minus the jalapeno! Lol) and I cannot brag enough on this dish, it was Amazing! My husband ordered Fajitas Texan? Not certain if that is the name but they were also delicious! Both plates were huge servings so we had leftovers! Guys, even the Diet Coke was delicious, lol! The food came out steaming hot so fast we didnt even have time to enjoy that Perfect table salsa and chips! The plates we ordered were on the higher end of the price range but WELL worth the prices of about 18.00 each! They even have one of those glass dessert cases inside the door with those huge delicious cakes, pies and cheesecakes and though we didnt splurge this time due to still having so many holiday desserts at home, we will next time no doubt! They even had a clown walking around greeting the kiddos! (Ok, so that kinda freaked my husband out a bit but the kids in there were loving the balloon animals he made!) I know several restaurants that need to come sit and take some notes on how an establishment should be ran and the quality that should be given to patrons! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! We will be back!!

Wally Wildin Service like no other at a busy time. Lots of customers, couples, and families and still had lots of roomy seating. Ordered 2 dbl Don Julio tequila shots with food, caught a ride home. Please don’t drink and drive Seriously it’s like having 3 waitresses and waiters at once. Drinks never get low, courtesy chips and salsa never stop coming. Only thing I noticed that was not pleasant was the plastic wrapping silverware. I will be back

Doc Campbell First order. Thin crust sausage pepperoni. Very good! Were from Chicago where pizza reigns. Weve been hard pressed to find decent pizza down here. A couple places in Savannah, 1 in Pooler and now Bambinos
