1 /5 Bri W.: I ordered the salmon entree with rice pilaf, and veggies on Monday, November 17, 2025, along with two other entrees to be delivered by Doordash. I received a call from the restaurant, and spoke with Rod, who stated that they were out of salmon, and if he could fulfill the order on another date, and get the full payment from Doordash. I then asked him if he would add another piece of salmon to the order for the inconvenience. He agreed, and I told him that would be fine with me as well, and confirmed that the next order could be a pickup or delivery since I was unsure of how I would place a subsequent order, and again he agreed. The following day, I decided to place another order for delivery, and wanted the salmon to be added to this order. Therefore, I called the number listed for the restaurant, and got a voicemail stating it was for a Ryan. I left several messages, over the course of approximately two hours waiting for a response. At this time, I am frustrated because under no circumstances should I have had to wait so long after already being inconvenienced. Rod should have clearly communicated how I were to contact him for fulfillment of my order, especially since you have already been paid, and I havent received anything. Therefore, I called Doordash, to see if they had another contact number for the restaurant. Unbeknownst to me, they refunded the entree even though I told them not to because I had the agreement with the restaurant, and wanted to keep my word with them. Ryan, the person that I left several messages with, finally texts me after a few hours. I briefly respond in a text with details of what transpired, and request a telephone number that goes directly to the restaurant. I did not place an order on Tuesday, due to the hours of my time that were wasted with no resolution. Therefore, today, Wednesday, November 19, 2025, I planned on placing the subsequent order to have the salmon order finally fulfilled. I referenced the text from Ryan to get the restaurants direct contact number, which I get, and see that he stated that Doordash refunded the order. I confirmed with Doordash that the order was refunded, even though I told them not to, and explained to them that if the supervisor refunded the order prematurely, then he should have advised me of such, especially since I told him not to. I then proceeded to call the restaurant to speak with Rod, to tell him what transpired, and that I did not request the refund, but I confirmed that it was processed, but I still wanted the extra piece of salmon for the aggravation that was caused, and I will pay for another entree. I left messages for Rod, but did not receive a return call. Afterwards, I remembered that Ryan stated in a previous text, that he could call the restaurant. Therefore, I called Ryan and he answered the call this time. He made excuses to why he couldnt contact me for hours the day before, and stated that Rod did not agree with adding another piece of salmon, and that I must be mistaken. Furthermore, he goes on to state that he overrides Rods decision to give the extra piece of salmon that he agreed to. At this point, Im beyond infuriated. The audacity of Ryan to tell me what was agreed upon, and he WAS NOT part of that conversation. Secondly, if Rod could not make such decisions, then he SHOULD NOT have agreed to it. Is it customary for your staff to lie to their customers? I will not be placing any more orders, as a result of my subpar interactions. I wish that I hadnt placed another order today. This is the first business that did not honor what they said. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!
