5 /5 Ann Smith: Ok I have always loved Big Chick in Manchester GA. Today a little after lunch time, I bought a ,2 piece meal. The chicken was to greasy. Yall use to never have greasy chicken. The employees now need to let the grease drain off longer or something. The batter also was not seasoned as well as it use to be. I love this place, please make them so better and season the chicken the way it use to be seasoned and youll have us coming back for the meals that we have always loved from yall. Quit letting current employees try to change things. We want the original recipe of all that you all have.I have to update this as tonight was the best chicken ever and whom ever cooked it yall need to keep them and to teach others how to make that chicken on point like it was tonight. That was the best chicken and not greasy what so ever. Yall need to teach all of them to cook it like it was tonight and on point. I couldnt get enough of that chicken. Give whomever cooked it tonight a raise because they are doing yall a favor by doing it perfectly.

3 /5 Mamie Easley: Food was excellent fresh and hot plus I did not have to ask for condiments they had my pickles onions and lemons n my bag I had a 3 piece catfish with 2 sides for 15$ fish was seasoned good and delicious but the lady that work there wasn’t the best… I was told to pull up and my food would be brought out to me since it’s cook to order of course that’s not a problem my foot is fractured that why I went thru drive thru so I wouldn’t have to get out so I pull up 15 mins later I decided to walk in because I was told 10 mins and the lady at the front attitude was horrible no southern hospitality face all ball up looking like what do u want?? No hello just staring at me like I’m crazy for walking in. So I said hello n let her know I was from the drive thru and waiting on my order she said with a very nasty attitude OH Well u have to drive back around we dnt bring food to your car… but I was told they would . I walk to the other side of the counter where the other ladies was bagging my order up their attitude was much better. She said hello here go your food and have a great day. I won’t be coming back I’m from Detroit MI but just moved down here just lost a great customer because of that one ladies attitude

5 /5 Richard Walker: Place is plain. The service and food are next level. They close at 6 on Saturday so go get it early. If you want good chicken, this is it. Waaay better than the other Big Chic locations...by a mile. They just know how to cook chicken and get it to you.
