5 /5 Zay Andrés: This was a experience I’ll never forget. The moment I walked in I was greeted with great hospitality and amazing service. We started off with an Ice Tea which had all the great flavors and it was not watered down. It tasted home-made which is something I’m not complaining about. I got the 1/2b Cheeseburger with fries and my extra side being the BBQ Eggrolls or whatever that is called. The burger was not only huge but juicy and was seasoned, topped with fresh produce. The fries were crispy and a little flimsy but they were still seasoned and it was decently tasty. The eggrolls were very delicious and outstanding. They did not lie when they mentioned it being “SOOO GOOD”. I have respect for them being the upmost confident and down to earth kind people I have ever met. This was my first and will most definitely NOT BE my last. Thank you to the staff members that have made this experience amazing.
2 /5 Jey: First time eating here and it was nothing out of this world. The service was ok, the lady serving us looked upset the whole time which wasnt pleasant at all and got our order wrong and the kids food took some time to come out. The corn bread was super dry but the best thing were the sweet potato fries. We really wanted mac n cheese but they didnt have any at the moment. The gentlemen serving was nice and the lady apologized at the end for getting our order wrong which was nice of her but the way she presented herself the whole time didnt make it a pleasant experience. Hopefully she was just having a bad day which we all do but overall the food wasnt that great so its not a place well eat at again.
3 /5 Will Carter: Service was good and the atmosphere has that old cabin feel, no complaints there. The food was mediocre. Food portions were on par with most BBQ restaurants. Chicken was bland, no seasoning or smoke flavor. Brisket slices were ok. The smoke ring was very faint and the bark a little soggy so Im assuming it was cut and sat in its juices earlier in the day. Fried Okra had good flavor but for sure was under a heat lamp for a bit. Potato salad was poorly made, maybe it was just bulk food service variety but please put some salt & pepper on it.
2 /5 Othman: Tried this restaurant based on reviews but was very disappointed. The service was quick at the drive-thru which was very convenient. Friendly staff, the food however was not that good. I ordered beef brisket plate (deluxe). The brisket was cooked but dry and hard. Almost like chewing a super dry chicken breast. They dont serve it in slices. Definitely not the "Texas" style as advertised. The sauce like other reviews mentioned had a really weird taste and not appetizing. Potato salad wasnt favorable. Coleslaw did not look nor taste anything like normal and was very watery. Good touch on the toast though. There might be other items on the menu that are good just not the Brisket if you really know what a brisket is supposed to look and taste like. If you dine in, there seems to be enough parking spaces.
1 /5 Tammi McCarroll: I like me some good southern BBQ but this place really disappointed. We waited over 20 minutes for hickory fries and a sweet tea. I thought the fries would at least be warm but no...they are cold and cheese half melted. This definitely was NOT worth $20.84. The lady at the window doesnt seem too happy to be there...J.S a little smile goes a long way!
Ginger Parker Lindas is the place to go if you want some great home cooking. The meats & veggies are great. The reuben sandwich is the best Ive even had.
Dwayne Jarvis I was impressed from my first step inside. Amazing staff that are welcoming and "eat their own food" as I was walking in, this is always a good sign!! I had to try the Brunswick stew for obvious reasons, and it was full of everything, including flavor. The fries were special almost felt like a potato that was cooked and then breaded and deep fried again..I ordered 3 meats (sorry no brisket), but I didnt even miss it their meats were that good. The Ribs were the clear winner as Id put them up against any BBQ restaurants Ive reviewed, easily a top 2!! The chicken was juicy and full of smoke flavor, the pork wasnt third best I just couldnt list them both at the same time... Such fresh smoky tenderness I was left fighting myself on which bite to take next.
KJ Hernandez Finally a real breakfast place!! I Tried the biscuits and sausage gravy and it reminded me of when I was a kid! My husband had the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and it was gone in nothing flat! You can always taste the quality of homemade! Also, they use locally sourced coffee which I think is awesome, and it was delicious too!
Kelvin Harris Ive gone here a few times now and the fried chicken is absolutely delicious, like straight out of a soul kitchen. The sides are great as well. If your craving some good chicken go here, also the staff are courteous and the place is very clean.
KEshaTheBaddest Cobb Everything was nice, the atmosphere, the customer service and the food was amazing!! Only thing I would suggest them to do is to start serving some good fried fatback on the buffet.
Poppa Smurf Fried ribs, fried green tomatoes, collards and ruetabagers, baked macaroni and cheese, yellow squash, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, red beets, cornbread muffin, and apple cobbler and peach cobbler, and a drink with every meal...Say No Less.
