Matthew Jensen Mezza Luna is such an amazing place. The food is incredible. The chef imports his ingredients from Italy and you can definitely taste the difference. The only thing that can outshine the food is the hospitality. I’ve felt like family since the moment I first walked in the doors. This is by FAR my favorite Italian restaurant. My wife and I just attended a prix fixe dinner with wine pairings from a sommelier for our anniversary and it was wonderful. The food, wine, and vibes were delightful. They are doing another prix fixe dinner on October 30th, 2025.

larisa thomason We ate there 2 days ago, and it was delicious! My hubby and I looked for a vegetarian-friendly spot in Helen, GA that was also pet-friendly. We ended up at Nacoochee Villiage and Tavern. They have a nice, pet-friendly patio thats chill enough that our border collie mix didnt get anxious. Our server was attentive and friendly, with good drink recommendations. We ordered the "Tree Hugger" pizza, and it was delicious! Loaded with toppings, but the crust was still crisp and delicious. we loved that this restaurant is off the main drag in Helen, so its not too noisy to sit on the patio, and nobody tried to rush us away from our table. Five stars for the service, food, and atmosphere!

VT Griffin The food was AMAZING!!! The fried green tomatoes alone was worth the drive. I NEVER order burgers but me and husband shared... based on taste, I needed my own but the serving size was definitely shareable and exactly what we needed. I will definitely be back when Im in the area!

R.McDaniel Do yourself a huge favor and go to Sylvester look for the large orange building and enjoy. This was the first time we have tried El Metate and let me tell you that this is well worth a 30, 60, to a 90 minute drive. Their restaurant is clean, service is very fast and super friendly, the food presentation was awesome and so delicious. The salsa was not spicy, the cheese dip was just right and the guacamole was wonderful. I highly recommend that you have your next date, business lunch or family dinner here, you will enjoy this and your guest will thank you for the great choice.

Jacqueline Golden We got the Chicken Teriyaki and the shrimp Bowl. Chicken was dry and hard, shrimp had a funny taste to it. Usually it’s very good but today it was a hit or miss. The Philadelphia Roll was 8/10
