Claud Bugheni For Friday evening, the wait was minimal, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Beautiful atmosphere overall as visualized in the photos. The hush puppies were mouth melting and the Cajun shrimp and grits for someone who does not like grits was absolutely delicious with a good amount of balance between the spiciness, flavor and creaminess. I will highly recommend this restaurant and if I ever visit again, I will be coming back. No alcohol served.

So I thought CB. It had been a long time, so why not. Now keep in mind that when I walked in and stood next to the booth waiting to be met by the attendant no less than seven employees made eye contact and not a one (even three that walked directly past me) would not utter a word of acknowledgment. Almost as if they were to say something, the gods of Greek yore would hold them accountable and strike them down for speaking and not helping. I was standing there so long I almost took it personally for being the guy standing there with the Afro and one of the clowns of culture that even make my own good folks hang their heads in shame for the 15% that make us look bad. I didn’t want to take that line of negative thinking and instead chalked it up to poor and ineffective training by management and poor social skills of the employees who did not ask if I was ok, if I had been helped or if I need anything in general. Eventually, a young lady came to the booth and seated me at a window table. I was later greeted by KAYLEIGH, and she was very good at attending to my needs. I got the feeling she would have rather been off work or something, but the possible pretending to care was good enough for me. The food was good and I left satisfied but slightly disappointed with the service that came before the meal. Maybe there is something that goes on in that community I’m not aware of or maybe in was a bad day to pass through this town but I still give it five stars since it was my own unique experience and perception.

Hayden Mock I’m sorry to have to post this but the new young staff at Surcheros are not good at customer service. I have watched one of the ladies which I believe to be a manager, bully the newcomers. They get an attitude and run out of things and don’t even try to restock if it’s close to closing time. It’s truly sad.

larisa thomason We ate there 2 days ago, and it was delicious! My hubby and I looked for a vegetarian-friendly spot in Helen, GA that was also pet-friendly. We ended up at Nacoochee Villiage and Tavern. They have a nice, pet-friendly patio thats chill enough that our border collie mix didnt get anxious. Our server was attentive and friendly, with good drink recommendations. We ordered the "Tree Hugger" pizza, and it was delicious! Loaded with toppings, but the crust was still crisp and delicious. we loved that this restaurant is off the main drag in Helen, so its not too noisy to sit on the patio, and nobody tried to rush us away from our table. Five stars for the service, food, and atmosphere!

mark yaun I drove approximately an hour and a half to visit woodpecker trail Olive farm and when I left woodpecker trail Olive farm I drove over to Folsom farm House for lunch My server kayla P. was busy with a few tables when I arrived especially this one table with two elderly women who kept calling her back to the table multiple times while I was there for minor things however she quickly came to my table with a menu and took my drink order and had it back to my table in a short time she was very friendly and accommodating I ordered the farmhouse hamburger which was fresh hamburger hand padded grilled up to perfection served with lettuce tomato pickle and onion and the condiments of my choice which happened to be mustard also added bacon to the order it was a large portion hamburger very delicious and it came with a good size portion of french fries which were perfectly done this is a very nice comfortable family friendly restaurant the country store at the front was very interesting to see and was a good touch as were the architectural details of the restaurant Kaylas coworker and Im sorry I have forgotten her name who checked me out was also very personable and interesting to talk to I would definitely suggest if youre in the area of glenville Georgia near lunch or dinner to stop by there and try their menu I dont think you will be disappointed

Darla Cunningham We stopped by for lunch. We were seated right away, and severed a big basket of chips and salsa immediately. The server was new but right on point. He did not miss a beat. Our food was served hot and delicious! It was Great. Bathrooms were clean. What a great place for a quick lunch!!!
