3 /5 TF Farrow: Stopped around 730pm for late dinner, place looked closed but there were several employees milling around... decided to try the drive thru" took several minutes for anyone to speak... She asked " what do you want? So we gave order... There was no response for another few minutes I thought perhaps she forgot she asked us and had walked away.. finally she spoke again and said what do you want...we then asked are you open? At that point we could see three employees cutting up with each other... 3 more vehicles at that point had pulled behind us to order ..I think that was our saving grace for they could ignore us but not 3 additional cars...We almost drove away but then she said " pull around""" HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... Took forever at the window to get the food but thankfully the chicken was delicious...thank goodness for at that point I probably wouldnt had bothered elsewhere after taking 35mins to get my food from a drive thru... attention manager✋✋✋You Definitely need an adult working, customer service training or at the least someone responsible taking orders..

3 /5 Denise OBerry: When we saw a commercial that the bowls were back, we were happy. They used to be so good. So we stopped by to get one. We requested a grilled chicken bowl with added smoked sausage. The bowl we got was fried chicken, not grilled and they charged extra for the sausage (which they never used to do). We didn’t check the order until we got to our vehicle and didn’t want to wait for a new one to be prepared. Other than that, the service was okay, the food was warm and it tasted good.
