Dave Dopp An outstanding Chinese buffet! We travelled fulltime for 14 years. Weve eaten in dozens of Chinese buffets in a couple of dozen states. This one ranks among the best! Egg drop soup was excellent. Pork fried rice was perfect. The sweet and sour sauce was spot on! The people writing serious negative reviews obviously were not eating at the same place we did!

Isabella Mulligan This place is amazing but I just called and the girl that took my order was very rude. making me out to seem like I’m dumb. I have always had amazing experiences here. But I can tell this girl was new. I have never seen her before and Im a regular here. She had an attitude and was cutting me off the whole time I was trying to tell her what I wanted.

liv the wings came out in around 20mins, it was good but really packed. there was only one server so orders were a bit backed up. good service and food though

David Lewis the food was amazing had the farmers breakfast and French toast, two entrees were only I believe 22-24$. We got there 45mins before they open because it gets packed fast. Around 7:45 there was already a line up to the next street over it was a Saturday but with how small it is, its kind of unbelievable. There was 5 of us we all ordered two entrees and we didnt really have room on our table but the waitress was super diligent about helping us and cleaned as we ate. If you visit this area you have to try this the food was good and its a lot for what your ordering.

Robert Shumway 10 Star Review !!!! We visited The Dugout, and it absolutely exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, the place had a comfortable, welcoming vibe, and the staff really sealed the deal with how friendly and attentive they were. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in both the service and the food. I had the Cuban sandwich and it was fantastic—perfectly pressed, great texture, and packed with flavor. You could taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite. We also tried the Mushroom Swiss burger, and that thing was *amazing*—juicy, cooked exactly right, and the flavor of the mushrooms with the melted Swiss was on point. But the surprise star was the **2x2 Dugout Burger**. That burger was loaded with flavor, seasoned perfectly, and just flat-out delicious. It’s one of those burgers you keep thinking about afterwards. Everything we ordered came out hot, fresh, and exactly the way it should. It’s rare to find a place where every single item hits the mark, but The Dugout definitely nailed it. We’ll 100% be back the next time we’re in the area—no doubt about that. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great food, great service, and a place that just gets it right.!!!!

Jazmine Tillman This place was packed, and now I know why. The server we had was quite rude. He seemed like he either hated his job or didnt want to be there. My order got messed up three times, and so did my friends. We had to have another server come and help us. The food was amazing, and Id definitely go back again. I would definitely chose a different server. Update 21 July 2025 - I went for my birthday and it was amazing. I complete 180 in service from my first experience. Our server Jo was awesome. Definitely try the Buffalo chicken dip. Also, if you happen to be in the restaurant after the close, they play the fun music lol.
