D. Dee I visited Zaxbys today for dinner and ordered the chicken sandwich meal. The fries were good, but I couldnt help but notice that the box was only half full, which was a bit disappointing.
The most disappointing part of my meal was the fact that I purchased a second chicken sandwich to enjoy tomorrow. Unfortunately, it was the first time I’ve tasted a stale chicken sandwich that still seemed somewhat warm. It was not only stale but also dry, which made it a waste of money. (Both sandwiches)
While the staff were friendly, it seemed like they didn’t put much effort into preparing my food, which was surprising given my high expectations for consistency from Zaxbys—Ive never been let down before. I understand that it was a hour until closing time, but I believe that shouldn’t affect the quality of food served.
Despite this experience, I’m willing to give this Zaxbys location another chance. Next time, I’ll make sure to specify that I want freshly made food, and I recommend others do the same. I hope my next visit will be more in line with the usual quality I’ve come to expect.
