1 /5 Cinnamon Williams: I wanted to love this sushi place so close to home, but the sushi is not high quality, especially for the price. We dined there the other night and waited almost an hour for our food. There was no napkins at our table, no soy sauce (I had to walk up to the counter to get to-go packets, plates and napkins), we were given plastic silverware, no plates (just the plate the sushi was brought out on), no drink refills, the appetizers never came before the meal (edamame and shrimp tempura). We never got the edamame and the shrimp tempura eventually came when we were paying our check. We were never checked on during our dining experience. They blamed the food on a new cook (why no sushi chef for expensive roll prices?). The establishment is just poorly ran and the condition behind the counter is a mess, gross even. The floors are all coming up and the bathroom was a disaster. For a $60 meal for 2 drinks, 3 tiny specialty sushi rolls ($13 rolls that were itty bitty not like other review pictures) and super late tempura, I expected more. We will continue to drive to Wasbi in Columbus for the same price, but a better experience, cleaner and not falling apart facility, a real sushi chef, higher quality food and standards and just better service.
