1 /5 Connie Hutto Callaway: I bought a double fish fillet meal My fish was so hard I couldnt even bite into it and I suppose have had onion rings with it I got fries I spent 60 something dollars on food there and drinks and very unsatisfied customer at the moment but they said that they would give me a fish sandwich and onion rings in the place of what was messed up but just make sure you check your food before you leave. Cheese stick fries was hard.

Had a wait a few minutes for our order but it was still worth the wait when we got our food! Only real issue i had was it was freezing in there. But the weather had just turned cold...

2 /5 Pamela Deal: My daughter went through the drive through 10/26/25 and tried ordering a bacon cheeseburger (like we have done many many times) & the guy told her they do not have bacon cheeseburgers, she asked about a couple of other food items that have bacon & was told they dont have them either, example - bacon king. I called to speak with the manager on duty he proceeded to tell me that someone else took her order to begin with, then said my daughter changed the whole order (which was not true). But what ticked me off the most was THE MANAGER HUNG UP ON ME IN MID CONVERSATION! So I will be contacting the store manager as well as the district manager and corporate tomorrow. Ive worked fast food most of my life and the way this so called manager handled this was totally wrong & inappropriate.
