Burger King -Food CA (Near Ashburn)

4 /5 Sarah Latchaw: Upon our recent stop on our road trip we stopped at a newly remodeled Burger King. Thr staff was friendly, the single female bathroom and single male bathroom were clean. We were greeted warmly and our order was taken by a very helpful and nice woman. The drink area hadn’t been wiped so getting our drinks there was soda on the bar. When we got our food to go we had to request the sauces again that were originally ordered. Although it says three of each sauce we were given 0 until we asked and then were given 2 of each. Upon exiting we realized the kids meal was missing the nuggets! So we went through the drive through adding time onto our trip for the nuggets. Burger King is known for amazing flame grilled burgers and hot fries and neither were the case. The whopper patty was on the room temp side with a partially stale bun. I’m glad we were able to get the order corrected. Would I choose this location again, maybe on a trip with hopes they have improved. We will have to see.

1 /5 Sarah Spriggs: My chicken sandwich was hard as a rock and appears to not have chicken in it. This is disgusting. I tried to get a refund and did not receive one. The fact they can even think to serve someone this is just nasty. I will NEVER be coming back here again.

1 /5 Bree Maldonado Vallejo: Waited 35 minutes in a drive through due to 2 staff members only for them to confidently give me and my children burnt food. This is subpar bottom of the barrel service.

1 /5 Philip Jones: Took 37 minutes to get a hamburger from the drive thru. There was a total of 5 cars waiting after me and 2 cars in front of me. Ive been in business development for years and typically what I find in situations like these is a result of poor and unqualified management. I believe the owners and upper management need to really investigate what is actually going on here. Invest in your company and train qualified managers and crew leaders. Ill never be back
