Cajun Wild Crab - (Near Valdosta, GA)

5 /5 Greg Kimball: I recently visited Cajun Wild Crab restaurant at 282 Norman Dr UNIT A, in Valdosta, GA. I was pleasantly surprised entering this place. I thought the decor was real nice. I was greeted promptly and my drink order taken. I chose the heads on shrimp Cajun bag. Wow, it was delicious. Many choices of seasonings and I chose Old Bay. My server was super. I need to get back there for more!

1 /5 Ggg O: When you come here to eat youre just coming to give away your money we had sat down to eat but emergency came, so we had to leave if I had looked in that bag before we left there !!! I would have demanded our money back there are more crawfish tentacles and shrimp shells then there was crawfish and shrimp together my husband crab legs were so small he would have had to use a toothpick to open them$ 7 for the drinks and the rest was nothing.and the white women that works there was crushing the black waitress out in front of my face wow , thy are on their way out!!! about to be closing down ,not a minute too soon, go somewhere and enjoy what you pay for.iam from s c just visiting never again.

4 /5 AJ: The food is decent, but there is room for improvement. I ordered the oysters with the garlic sauce which was way too strong and salty (opt for their house sauce instead). The seafood boil itself was pretty good, but the dungeness crab was underwhelming for how expensive it was. It was a lot smaller than expected (about the size of my hand).They could also improve their seafood boil by adding a hard boiled egg like other restaurants do. I feel in terms of quality, it was just very slightly overpriced. Even so, everything else tasted great. Service was mediocre though.

2 /5 Kristi Ballew: Prices were good and reasonable. Decor was cute. Food was pretty good. We enjoyed the popcorn shrimp and the cajun crab legs were pretty good. The fish wasnt bad, but just wasnt anything special. We had to ask for each thing- salt, ketchup, forks, refills. There was a large party that was seated right after us and Im sure that led to a delay, but it took over an hour for us to eat with the restaurant less than half full. While trying to pay, I gave them a gift card with the amount written on front and then cash to pay the rest... but, they took all the cash and left $4 and change on the gift card instead of running it the other way around, which was annoying. It was an okay experience otherwise, especially for the price, but I wouldnt go out of my way to revisit.

1 /5 Laynee Ponds: I brought me and my younger siblings to come eat on a Monday afternoon. We were sat down and didn’t even order when i was asked if i was 18 and then proceeded to ask for my Id to verify if i was. Then was kicked out when i wouldn’t give my Id and said We couldn’t eat here because i wasn’t 18 and wouldn’t prove with identification. I told my mom and she came up there to address it. They said it was because i was under age and kids tend to dine and dash. A grown adult can dine and dash, can they not? But since im a child it’s a huge difference apparently. Then said it was fine if she dropped us off and then left us to eat? How strange, I can’t bring myself up there but my mother can drop us off and leave and then we’re allowed there. What’s even strange is me and my friends have been there plenty of times and never been questioned if we were 18, and we never were 18. I understand I look young but we were not being loud or ignorant, I think it’s strange to deny service because i’m not 18. I can eat at any place in valdosta except here apparently.
