Lara V I was able to finally check this place out, since they have new ownership with new hours! It didnt disappoint. It can be a bit difficult to find parking during the busy times but there wasnt a wait. It is a quaint little building with great lakeside decor. The service was fine, not spectacular but I have a feeling they will get better as they go. The food was excellent. I ended up having the club sandwich and it was a great portion. They were out of fries (it was around 1pm) so I ended up with onion rings and they were excellent. The rest of the table got Shrimp and Grits, country fried steak and a deconstructed beef stew (it was pork beef, no stew). Overall, Im glad I tried it but I will give it a few weeks to get the kinks worked out before I return. I would definitely recommend trying this place!

Trinice Brown My experience with The Cook Out was excellent, A definite 10 outta 10 due to the fact of the GM was first on site, the District Manager drove me up to get the day started and the food tasted great! Customer service superberb, The District Manager is top tier and dont play about This kitchen! I definitely will be back to visit!

Kristie Wright The Filling Station has not disappointed yet. Ive been twice so far and the food was great both times. The first time, there was 7 in our party and the waitress was able to put two tables together. May have to wait extra time during busy times for more than four people.

Eric Ellison Best Mexican place around. Delicious food and awesome drinks. There themed monthly brunch parties are a blast. Last month was the 70s and it was fun. I went with a group and was fitted quickly and felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. Super friendly staff... I will definitely be back

Graceeykim During my short visit to Brunswick, I decided to stop by this establishment before a long drive home. I did not expect much walking in, but had a nice conversation with the server while I contemplated the menu. She guided me and provided helpful recommendations. I ordered the trio sampler of jerk chicken, curry chicken, and oxtail. The wait was a short 4-6 minutes. When I opened up my take-out box, I was delighted to see the generous portions of meat, flavorful sauce, and rice. It was my first time trying oxtail. I enjoyed the rich flavors and soft braised texture of the oxtail. My favorite had to be the moist jerk chicken and curry chicken. The charred flavors and juicy/soft texture of the chicken made me say, "Wow. This is delicious," to no one in particular. The meal was enough to last me three separate meals in total. The approx $20 I spent was well worth it due to the quality of the food and portion. I absolutely enjoyed each bite. I wish I could visit every week. When I visit again in the future, I will prioritize stopping by Island Jerk Shack LLC. Keep up the great work. Thank you for sharing the beautiful flavors of Jamaican cuisine.
