5 /5 Jonathan Young: Caribbean Fireside Restaurant absolutely delivered! I ordered two dishes—jerk chicken and oxtails—and both were unforgettable. The jerk chicken had that perfect balance of smoky heat and bold seasoning, with tender meat that fell right off the bone. The oxtails? Rich, savory, and slow-cooked to perfection. Each bite was comfort food at its finest. The rice and peas were flavorful, the plantains were sweet and golden a refreshing island touch. You can taste the love and tradition in every plate. If youre craving real island flavor, Caribbean Fireside is a must. I’ll be back soon… and I might just order both again!

5 /5 Candice Albright: We got the Oxtail dinner. We were very pleased! The meat was seasoned to perfect and fall off the bone tender. I didnt try the cabbage (because I dont like cabbage in any way), but the plantains were delicious. Food is very much the authentic taste you want. Its not a very big place, so dont come looking for a huge dining area but its cozy. Service was delightful and accommodating All in all I thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back.
