5 /5 Tracy Berry: The interior is stunning!!! Our server (Olas, I’m pretty sure I’m not spelling that correctly) went above and beyond to provide details on every dish and cocktail! The GM Sebastian also sat with us for awhile answering questions and chatting. Even Juan (another server) stopped by to say hello! The food is beyond amazing. It’s as beautiful as it is delicious! The chef does an amazing job! The octopus was the most flavorful and tender that I’ve ever had!!! The team acts like family here and it shows in quality of food and service!

1 /5 Sergio Sovero: LOUD environment. Chicken empanadas were pretty good. They came before my cocktail shower up (which took forever). The sea bass was 7/10. Chicken tacos 4/10. Servers didn’t check on us at any point, to refill the water jar, or ask about the food. Only time she checked in was when the plates were sitting empty for a while and came to ask if we wanted the check. Personally, wouldn’t come back, due to the REALLY bad service.

5 /5 Ankita: Celebrated my birthday here with some friends. The service was slightly backed up, but our servers were very courteous and friendly. The food was delectable! I got a complimentary dessert for my birthday as well. Definitely worth a second visit!

5 /5 Ali Ali: Casa Balam was such a lovely experience. The service was truly top tier; attentive, warm, and thoughtful without ever feeling overbearing. From start to finish, everything felt well-paced and intentional. The food and drinks were beautifully done, flavorful, well-balanced, and clearly prepared with care. What really stood out to me was how elevated the experience felt while still remaining very affordable, which isn’t always easy to find. I also appreciated their mocktail options. They weren’t an afterthought at all , genuinely well-crafted and full of flavor, making it easy to enjoy a great drink without alcohol. The location is another plus. Street parking was easy, and there’s a parking garage right next door, which made getting in and out stress-free. Overall, Casa Balam strikes a great balance between quality, atmosphere, and value. A place I’d happily return to and recommend.
