Cheddars Scratch Kitchen - (Near Albany, GA)

4 /5 Abi D: This is the 3rs time Ive eaten at a Cheddars restaurant. Just like with the first two times at other locations, the atmosphere, cleanliness, and the friendliness and promptness of the staff were perfect. However, this is the reason I didnt give 5 stars, I felt like having a rare steak instead of medium rare. What I got, however, was closer to medium than a rare stake. Im not saying the steak was bad, it was delicious. But I ordered a rare stake, not a medium. I would still recommend this location, and if were ever in the area, we might go back. Just keep in mind that the cook on a Saturday afternoon doesnt know the difference between a rare and medium stake.

5 /5 Chao Moreno: We were on our way home from vacation and wanted to stop somewhere we couldnt get back home and stumbled upon this great place to get some great food along with excellent service that we received from one of the kindest person we meet Chancie was great. She interaction with our 8yr old was comical and a treat. She was busy but still gave us excellent service. I would definitely give them a try.

1 /5 Marieey C: I really love visiting cheddars in Albany but yesterday’s service was horrible. My friend and I are both servers and we live about 45 minutes away. When we arrived to cheddars it was about 6:30-6:40. We sat on the side where the bartender was the server and he had about 1-2 guest at the bar and two-three other tables. It took him 30-40 minutes just to get our drink orders and another 15-20 before we got them after ordering. We put in an appetizer that came out around 7:40 and it was cold and not what we ordered. The manger was very nonchalant and made excuses instead of trying to actually fix the issue. I even stated to him that I came the week before and I had to wait 30 minutes before I got my drink then but my service ended up being better so it made up for it. After we sent the appetizer back for being wrong and COLD . He brought back the SAME old COLD appetizer which made me feel like he was insulating us. The server NEVER asked were we ready to order , were our drinks okay or anything. My friend had her baby with her and we had to order her food through the kiosk ourselves. This was the absolute WORST experience and it’s sad that we wasted almost two hours there on Sunday , drove almost an hour to eat after working all day ourselves just to leave with nothing . 0/10 experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

3 /5 Jenna Roberts: The food is decent. The service on our first visit here was great! She was attentive and very responsive to all our needs and requests. On our second visit, the server had an attitude problem. Chicken came out cold and all I did was ask for fresh cooked chicken, no one wants cold fried chicken- right?! But I was met with eye rolling and “is this to your liking?”, not a good attitude when you’re served cold food. Won’t be back.

4 /5 Christina Shorter: Everything from the server to my familys food was great except one thing. The mashed potatoes were watery. I was looking forward to them with my platter of ribs, they had bacon bits and looked delicious but sorry they looked like imitation mashed potatoes. But other than that, everything else was excellent!
