5 /5 B. Folkes: So happy they are open! The prices are good and the food is amazing. The service was wonderful, the atmosphere is so nice, the potato hash is out of this world. Having grown up on potatoes with just about every meal, these are elevated to another level. I saw a menu of breakfast/brunch items and they are so good. Go eat there, you will not regret it! Ok, review #2. We went for dinner. The staff is attentive and on top of things, I never ran out of drink. I had the filet, 6oz., Cooked a perfect med rare with bernaise sauce a potato pancake and grilled asparagus. Excellent. My husband had a huge grilled pork chop that was also perfectly cooked and juicy, with mash sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts. He loved it. Dessert was also amazing, creme brulee for me (I just cant say no to that) and a light fluffy chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice cream for him. This is fine dining in a small country town. Show up in your jeans and t-shirts and experience a most excellent meal. This will be a regular spot for me to eat.

5 /5 steve kaplan: A welcome addition to the Dawsonville/Dahlonega dining scene. It is awesome to have a proper chef who is invested in the process 100%. The staff could not be more inviting or accommodating. Smiles all around, enthusiasm to serve you. Ambiance is very nice, it is quaint small space which I felt added to the charm. The star of course was the food. Crab cake app was spot on. 2 cakes of decent size. A little kick which I like. Wife had Caesar salad which every component was make from scratch including the croutons. Great dressing and thick pieces of cheese. Wife had Salmon and I had the double cut pork chop. Both were served fresh and hot. Both had lots of seasonings and flavor. The Brussels were very good and the loaded red skin potatoes will cost me 5 more minutes on the treadmill! Crème Brûlée completed the meal. Excellent flavor. Could have filled the dish vs barely half way. Seemed skimpy. No alcohol license yet but soon in Feb.

5 /5 Stuart Baker: Chef Paco catered our wedding years ago, so we had to try his restaurant when we found out about it. We were not disappointed! Absolutely perfect food! Good variety of unique tasts. Peaceful atmosphere, and great service! 100% recommend! Please go try this place!

As we were walking in the door I heard our server say “Dad our customer just said the mushroom soup was the best he ever had!” First off, a family restaurant is near and dear to my heart. Our server was in fact Chef Paco’s lovely daughter. We of course had to order the mushroom soup and I will wholeheartedly agree it was the best mushroom soup I have ever had too! I also got the pasta special which was fabulous. My friend and I were celebrating our birthdays as they are on the same day and shared the crème brûlée which was delish. We left full and happy. A fantastic dining experience with a creative menu filled with many things I want to try. Will definitely be back. Thank you Chef Paco and family!

5 /5 j grit: Dropped in for dinner last night and had a great experience. All the staff performed professionally and tried hard to ensure we had a wonderful experience. We both ordered the tenderloin entree; cooked perfectly, and presented perfectly. Our server recommended the tiramisu; absolutely light and delicious. The Chef is a welcomed addition to Dahlonega.
